It’s ok the service is so nice

Terrible stay. unhygienic washroom. no bathroom amenities not even handwash. tv not working. thin walls you can clearly hear the tv playing next room.

the room given to us was not upto the mark and not maintained at all. needs attention to the details mentioned in the description so that the customer does the right choice.

Room was not cleaned washroom lights were not getting on flush for the commode was not working. Water comes very slowly. Digital locks were not properly working. Sorry i have not captured the images

Terrible experience, the service is too bad, in bathroom the drainage water is mixed with the normal water & a foul smell was there in my two days stay,

I recently stayed at casa hotel, and while the accommodation was comfortable and the location convenient, my experience was marred by several issues. The drainage system in the bathroom was appalling. The shower water merged with drainage water, causing a strong, unpleasant smell that made the bathroom unusable at times. Furthermore, i was shocked to find that the hotel didn't have a food and beverage counter. This was a major inconvenience, especially since i was looking forward to a relaxing stay. While the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was great, these positives were overshadowed by the hotel's shortcomings. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests"
