I was overall satisfied with my stay at Landmark. Nice property, close to the slopes, albeit quite expensive. Elevators are a disaster and the property is noisy. They don’t provide daily housekeeping service which an expensive property like that should have. Only offer light housekeeping every other day. Trash builds up and there is nowhere to place it outside apartment. After we left, I saw a 250 Dollar charge to my Amex. My wife called today and they told her that it was a cleaning surcharge because it was deemed to be excessively dirty. They did not provide any proof of that, and I strongly object to it as I know we did not leave it excessively dirty. Checkout was at 10am which is also excessive, and they give no late checkouts. Finally, they quoted us DOUBLE (not exagera ting) the price for next year, for an already expensive property. And this did not only happen to us. We were at least 10 families from Panama staying there, and all my friends tell me same things happened to them. If you want to avoid a bad experience, avoid Landmark. We have had great experiences in Vail at Antlers, Ritz, Enzian, Hythe, Montañeros, and Arabelle, amongst others.
