Everything was 5* and a delight. Super well appointed very comfortable, peaceful bedroom with great view. Meals that were a feast for the senses with a wonderful choice. Alpenrych Spa , pools excellent. Daily hikes, yoga, pilates, something for everyone All staff super helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer.

After reflecting on the vacation, the hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at and the service and experience was a very strong 10/10. Flawless from start to finish. The staff were excellent and the food was of the highest standard. I can’t say a bad or slightly bad thing about the place and staff, just simply perfection at its best.

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed 8 days having booked after watching the BBC's Amazing Hotels episode in the UK last year. The hotel lived up to expectations, with a great location accompanied by brilliant facilities, service and food. Every day there are options to join in their own activies, or plan your own, with many options for mountain walking and cycling - all followed by a relax in the sky pool and spa. The food is great with an extensive breakfast buffet followed by a multi-course dinner in the evening. The sommelier helped to select some lovely local wines, with service provided by an efficient and friendly team - with a special mention to Barbara in the evening and Lukas in the morning. Finally, brilliant service by Karol and the team in the bar! Loved every minute and hope to go back.

Amazing hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool has a breathtaking view. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a great selection of food. The dinner is elegant and the food is very tasty. Many hiking trails are located near the hotel . 6 stars hotel !

This is amazing place for vacation. Location is on a quiet place a little bit out from the village, with an amazing views from room and pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They all really take care for all guests. Food is excellent, especially dinner. As for dinner they offer every day different dishes as well as a la cart menu. They have great choice of different wine. I just missed some Slovenian wines. Not only Slovenian is first neighbouring state, also the wines are very good and high quality. At the dinner the prepared informations for next day. Guidelines for hiking, cycling, etc. Everything is really great organised. Parking spaces are covered and electric charging stations are in place.

The amenities, the staff, the food was all amazing. The personal touch from the Gasser family stands out and is evident in the care taken by everyone at the hotel. And then of course the views are breathtaking. We will be going back again, hopefully sooner than later.

We booked a week's stay at The Hubertus hotel after seeing it on the BBC's 'Amazing Hotels' programme. I have to say that this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at! The view from our room was fantastic and the Sky Pool was just amazing. The food was superb with 5 - 6 courses each evening and a huge selection at breakfast. In the afternoon you could help yourself to soup/salad/cakes etc from the buffet - so much choice and very easy to eat too much if you are not careful. All of the staff were lovely and the owners (the Gasser family) were too. The hotel has a lovely 'feel' to it with all of the fixtures being of a high quality. It was just delightful and I wish we had stayed longer. We definitely want to return. Highly recommended!!

The Hubertus has so much more to offer than amazing views from the rooms and pools. The food is exceptional with fantastic choice on offer to drink from the bar and wine list. The activities hikes and wellness facilities available offer so much choice and cater for every guest. It’s the little touches and attention to detail everywhere in the hotel that make you leave feeling like you were their favourite guest as the caption reads in your room when you arrive. The staff are so knowledgeable helpful and welcoming especially the owners themselves who are always present. Almost don’t want to recommend and keep as a secret to ourselves as we will be going back.

Everything about this place is stunning. Design. Service. Food. Spa and the staff are special. Rooms are perfect in every way. The best part is meeting the gasser family. Marcus was so courteous and welcoming. Would certainly recommend a bucket list stay here!!
