We spend such low price during non-peak season. I really have nothing to complain. Breakfast, for Western People, it's great. , walk-in price is €18. If having the breakfasts bought for the whole stay, it will be €16/each. As Chinese people, I would like some soup noodles or congee for breakfast. Above all, great stay in this grand hotel.

The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. It was about a 25 minute walk into the centre, which we didn’t mind!

Amazing Hotel, excellent location in Ruzafa area with lots of restaurants. The staff were very helpful especially in changing the room, kettle, and towels. The breakfast and staff serving were excellent. Nice egg white Spanish omelette and the fresh orange juice was awesome. Very happy and would visit anytime again. The fallas festival was super lively especially the street bbq, lighting , food and drinks caravans and the decorations were super. Alot of effort put in. Fireworks were amazing at 2.00pm every day. The crowd was lively.

The hotel is ok, everything is a bit old, and quite far from the city centre, you would need to hire a car.

Rooms are clean, amenities functioning. Hotel seems to drift into disrepair. Lifts often defective. A/C turns off early afternoon and has to be restarted by front desk. Temperatures change by themselves, sometimes in the middle of the night. Free water bottles just once on check-in, not renewed for longer stays. Service is understaffed. Location is great, very close to vibrant Russafa.

They have a gym with 2 dumbbells and few machines. If you come for holiday yes you can stay. Not fully sure of the location. Maybe I wasn't well prepared to know the neighbourhood. But the staff is nice and the room was clean and spacious.

Clean and big room. The hotel had constant issues with the towels. Bath towels were not available the majority of the time and I had to look for the service personnel every day to get some. Very friendly customer service. Great location. Outdated gym. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay there again when in town.

Irt was quite nice hotel with good location. Fully satisfied with clear and convinent to stay only exept for trouble in going out from garage.

We have a group of people to do a project in Valencia, so good parking a minibus and convenient to Chinatown and stations

Very good and clean hotel

Good hotel in convenient location close to the central station in Valencia, the area is ok, probably won’t recommend it as a holiday hotel but it is perfect for a business trip. Definitely a good choice and reasonably priced.
