The hotel is at a very convenient location with lots of cafes just outside of the hotel. It is also within walking distance to all the tourists attractions in Valencia. The service staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is nicely decorated (a bit nostalgic) and the theme of my room is”Gone with the Wind”. Given the location and service offered, this hotel is definitely of good value for money.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Valencia. Friendly staff who helped me plan my day. The shower pressure was amazing! Would stay here again!

Selected for location. Ideal for train station and bull ring. Staff were excellent. Some areas of hotel were a little tired but did not spoil our stay. Will certainly use again.

very good location which next to the train station of Valencia Nor, convenient to go sightseeing the city main spots both in the north-eastern part of old town and ancient heritages or in the south-eastern part of symbolic sport like science park and so on. but the hotel does not provide bottle water and is not equipped with any hot pot to boil water for tea or coffee (there is only a small coffee machine at the lobby entrance that NOT free to its guests that make guests like us NOT feel home stay.

It is the perfect location in the city centre and close to the train station.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are small and toilets are tiny and inconvenient. Bathtub is miniscule and hard to get in and get out due to oversized washbasin. The plastic chair in the room was broken. We had to request a blanket as only sheet was provided. Understaffed in the breakfast area and the servers struggle during peak hours 9-10 am. Lift is old fashioned and very slow. All staff was super nice and did everything in their power to provide excellent service. In particular Diana and Paula were excellent. Ok for short stay

Great value for money. With a big bathroom and air-conditioned. Very happy with the staff and the room. Location is amazing with many great restaurants around that area.

Hotel cerca de la estación de tren Nord (llegamos desde Barcelona en tren). Buscábamos un lugar donde poder ducharnos y descansar tras ayudar a los vecinos de Valencia en la catástrofe de DANA. Como estábamos la mayor parte del tiempo trabajando en condiciones difíciles, y fuera de valencia, en los pueblos, no queríamos gastar mucho en el alojamiento sino más bien centrándonos en lo que era importante! Escogimos este hotel por ver a la con la estación y el trasporte público! La habitación era sencilla, pero tenía lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El baño, aunque pequeño, fue suficiente para una ducha rápida. Si necesitas una habitación para una noche, es una opción perfecta; para estancias más largas, resulta bastante básica. Desde mi punto de vista! ¡Saludos!
