Myself and three friends booked a stay at this guest house for next weekend. We were going to use it as a base to go the Valencia MotoGP. Obviously recent events have made the trip impossible. I’ve managed to get a refund of the flights and the MotoGP tickets. The most expensive part of the trip by far was the accommodation. The portrait boutique guest house in Valencia are refusing to give a refund and are advising me to travel to the area. It seems to me that they’re only concerned in keeping my money. I would advise everyone against booking The Portrait Boutique guest house in Valencia.

Great spot to stay in Valencia Really comfortable bed Large common room with big screen tv Clean bathrooms Close to the bus stop to downtown Spacious backyard and lots of amenities (like laundry,etc) Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to town

During a short visit to Valencia for my birthday, I was looking for a quiet place to relax. And I have it in Katie and Leon's lovingly furnished guesthouse in the heart of Valencia. Every object, the garden, the plants, the wall decorations, the room design seem so well thought out that you can literally feel that the hosts just want you to feel comfortable.

A fantastic stay in the room 1 master bedroom. Fantastic stay, super comfy bed. Great facilities and good location. Was fabulous from start to finish. Friendly host and quirky decor. Would highly recommend

Lovely building, beautiful garden and decor in great taste. Our room would have suited two children travelling with their parents. Maybe two millennials who could not spell 'hotel' and had never stayed in one. But for two 70 plus year olds, it was the most unsuitable room - the worst bedroom we have had in more than 50 years. We saw the host at check in and never thereafter. The stairs verge on the dangerous. And the shared bathroom is a failed idea for people of our age

Visiting an unfamiliar city I wasn't sure where to stay, but the location turned out to be perfect; the guest house is just a pleasant bike ride to everywhere we fancied going: down to the beach, to the main park, and up to the old town. We really appreciated the peace and calm of this gracious old building, with a lovely garden area and relaxing lounge. Set on a fairly quiet street away from the main road, the only noticebale noise was not from traffic but rather the pleasant squawking of the green birds - I think they are parrots :)

Basically they told me on the day of arrival that I need to share the bathroom 😡 I refused and they were very rude not helping me with a new accommodation, nor ordering a taxi for me. The worst experience ever!! For a little room they charged € 150.- and no bathroom. I believe they obviously trying to hide this important information for guest until you arrive

Estructura muy elegante. Una casa de payasadas reformada con atención al buen gusto y un agradable jardín compartido también equipado para barbacoas. Lástima que en el piso superior hay un pequeño baño con ducha para 3 habitaciones, por lo tanto, al menos 6 personas. Este límite, no solo de espera, sino también de compartir, en una estructura que tiene costos medios-altos, no augura nada bueno, además porque hay espacio suficiente para estructurar otros servicios.
