Viveros Apartments

Clean, spacious and quiet (quiet until 8 am on weekdays) apartment in a great location - the old town is only ten minutes away, plenty of green space around, great transport routes (bus / tram) practically at your doorstep to explore the attractions and beaches further away. On arrival from the airport take the metro 3 to Benimaclet and change to metro 4 to Pont de Fusta - local shops are on your way to the apartment located a few blocks of easy walk away (Do not get off the metro at Alameda, as you will end up dragging your luggage on unpaved paths for a longer distance!). Public transport is easy to use - you will need to pay for the paper card once but then can recharge your travels onto it at ticket machines. Or you might invest in Valencia tourist card which gives you "free" travel as well as free entry to some sights. Our one bedroom apartment was well appointed for a short stay - with the hob and microwave you do not need to eat out every meal. The pool was refreshing and we made use of it several times in the late autumn heatwave! Beds were comfortable and the blinds secured darkness even late into the morning, in the night you could have heard a pin drop, however - being in area of multiple developments - after 8 am there tended to be some noise. All in all a very pleasant stay - will return!

There was 3 of us and we found the apartment absolutely fine for our 3 night trip. Location is great! It’s 10 mins walk to the city centre Apartment was very clean and spacious, both bedrooms had twin beds Nice to have 2 bathrooms Nice size lounge which was great to have AC was greatly appreciated Apartment fully equipped We didn’t get a chance to use pool but looked nice East access to keys in lock We arrived early and thx cleaner kindly let us leave luggage in the apartment. We did struggle to find taxis so had to walk 5 mins across the bridge where we’d find one relatively easy If your looking for somewhere central whether you are with family or friends I would definitely recommend

Apartamento muy amplio , limpio y muy bien acondicionado. Dispone de piscina .Su ubicación es ideal zona muy tranquila y a un paso del centro caminando. Junto a los Jardines de Viveros y y con acceso al parque del antiguo cauce del Turia. La atención telefónica fue excelente en el chek in , nos adjudicaron un apartamento superior al contratado .
