Basic Room okay - but no facilities for making a hot drink. Stayed 1 night passing through Valladolid on route to Portugal and 1 night on return journey. Rooms overlook a square where about 100 youths/students gathered and shouted all night. Did not quieten down until 5am! Very little sleep. Staff not interested in the disturbance. In UK I would have called Police to move them on. Noted people still entering Nightclub at 8am when we were leaving!

Decent hotel, with an excellent location in the historic area of the city. Everything was very clean, our room was nice but with a view of a dreary side street unfortunately. Strange that absolutely amenities were provided, not even bottled water…. The mini bar was empty, and there weren’t any usb outlets anywhere in the room. Friendly staff at the reception who speak English and French. Wi-Fi was not working during our 1 night there

TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE! Ayer sábado día 24 de junio estuvimos comiendo 7 personas, una de ellas vegetariana, en el restaurante el Jardín del hotel Olid en Valladolid. La experiencia fue fantástica! Muy buen ambiente y buena comida, adaptaron el menú de la persona vegetariana sin problema. Trato excelente por parte de los camareros tanto Miguel como sus compañeros fueron muy amables.

Went on a girls holiday hotel lovely and clean food was fabulous couldn’t complain for what we paid staff was great room cleaned every day would definitely return drinks where good to plenty of choice look forward to returning in the summer 😄

Stayed here a few years ago with 2 other couples and it was fantastic, couldn't fault anything at all, so we decided to go again in January 2022 with another couple who we went with before. Nothing had changed, the room was lovely, nice and clean, staff were nice too, then we went for our evening meal, the dining room had changed it was twice as small as before, but the big let down was the food, it was awful, it was never hot usually tepid or even cold, bearly any choice of hot foods, the only thing that was decent was the made to order omelette at breakfast, one morning I'm sure the bacon had come straight from the fridge it was that cold!, definitely no good for vegetarians, honestly say I lost weight on holiday because the food was so bad, there was 1 snack bar which wasn't round any of the two pools, the sandwiches were a god send, freshly made. There was no entertainment on a night and only a few things like yoga or pool aerobic in one of the pools, nothing in other pool. We paid £1,429 for a week for both of us. So fair to say we will not go back there nor will any of our friends, we booked for next January as soon as we got home but in a different hotel.

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre ville à côté des monuments. Personnel sympathique. Hotel propre, grande chambre rénovée, déco classique. Petit déjeuner très bien . Beaucoup de choix. Valladolid est une ville très propre avec des beaux parcs qui donnent un peu de fraîcheur. A faire sur 2 jours.

Robo total dos cafés y dos tostadas que no se veían en el plato 11 euros al camarero le daba vergüenza y no sabía que decir nos quería invitar a otro café no sabía que decir vergonzoso el hombre muy agradable no tenía palabras para contestar cuando le comenté que me parecía un robo
