The property is very dirty and poorly kept, the rooms are overrated and not very private The staff didnt even help with lugagge, the second day we told them it was very dirty even the pool and their answer was if you dont like it you can go to another hotel

I have traveled a lot. This hotel is well located, but has poor upper management. People who work there do a good job. I appraise hotels for bank loans, so I can be a good critic. This property has deferred maintenance. Toilet needs repair, not enough electric outlets, water leaking from jacuzzi above. Hotels always place a sheet on top of bed cover. No sheet on the bed cover – black hairs on bed cover. Bed cover was old, large, dirty, disgusting. Other hotels have bedcovers that are washable, in between two clean sheets. No hair dryers in entire hotel. Total mismanagement. One of my Mexican friends arrived (a highly successful businessman) and said the bar/ restaurant was run incorrectly. It is completely-consistently empty. They should have Happy-Hour (2 x1) from 3 pm to 7 pm. Drinks were expensive compared to surrounding places. Additionally, they should have a breakfast plan for hotel guests. Hotels I stayed in in Puerta Vallarta & Cuernavaca had breakfast included, or at a reasonable cost for hotel guests. Additionally, my rooms in Puerta Vallarta – with beach view, Cuernavaca, & near Polanco in Mexico City were far superior to this hotel for the same price. Management in this hotel needs to wake-up and manage this property correctly.
