Large, beautiful cottage "Oliviola", surrounded by meadows and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Valledoria, 22 km from the centre of Castelsardo, 52 km from the centre of Sassari, in a secluded, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 150 m from the river, situated at the foot Coghinas, in the countryside. Private: large garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture. 300 m long bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 7 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 51 km, sandy beach "Baia delle Mimose" 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. 7-room house 250 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 3 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Unfortunately no matching sheets which was very annoying. Sometimes no matching toilet seats. The large umbrella by the pool was snapped off by the wind, it was reported, it was promised that it would be replaced, unfortunately this did not happen. Otherw
