A well positioned Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a funky vibe. However slightly tired. Needs freshing up inside. Breakfast was at 9 so you had to request an earlier time. The earliest was 8:30. Staff was slow getting started in the morning. Dog droppings outside the front door for 3 days. No staff removed it. Overall rating 3/5. Too bad because it could be very good.

Fantastic renovated house in a great position on Cerro Alegre. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms comfortable and very clean. No TV in my room which did not worry me! Breakfast is good and generous and they are flexible about serving times.

From checkin to checkout our experience was wonderful. We were served tea upon arrival. Our room was ready very quickly which was unexpected as it was 10:30 am. The lady at the desk helped us with our luggage. The room was spacious, clean and furnished with antiques. The bathroom was excellent and included toiletries. Location was also very good - easy walking distance to all the sites. The hotel is two houses combined and the woodwork and design are amazing. It has a super view of the harbour from the rear balcony and the upper balcony. A large and delicious breakfast was served the next morning at the huge dining table. This is one of our best finds for travel hotls.

Excellent welcome, spectacular view from room, delightful ongoing staff and service. Included breakfast superior. Staff really valued making guest experience and assisted guest experience. Couldn’t rate this experience highly enough.

We enjoyed our last 2 nights in Chile here. A lovely boutique hotel with a cosy, traditional feel. Conveniently located within reach of lots of eateries. Balcony overlooking the town. Breakfast on the first day excellent on the veranda. Fruits yoghurt toast , jam and egg. Second day we had to leave before breakfast arrived sadly. We had a great welcome here. Room was clean and comfortable. I advise to take eye shades as our room had a glass half door which meant the light shines in from the landing at night. Obviously needed for safety over the stairs so we understood completely safety first. Very convenient as it's just a short walk to lots of restaurants nearby. Leave plenty of time as you're on a hill and the walk will take longer than you expect!😊

We were pleasantly surprised by this Chilean gem created from two glorious homes. Grand decor mixed with casual chic to create a warm and inviting space. We arrived at midnight, stressed from difficult travel developments, and the host immediately offered us a bottle of amazing regional wine to help us unwind. The rooms are simple but comfortable. We can’t say enough about the 2nd and 3rd floor terraces where you can relax outside and view the colors of the harbor. Delightful! Fresh breakfast every day got us off to a good start. Definitely give this lovely hotel a chance to charm you!

A gem of a find! Very quaint hotel, in the heart of Cerro Alegre. Comfortable rooms with balcony, some with sea view but if you don’t have that, there’s a shared terrace overlooking the sea! Lovely for a glass of wine at the end of a great day! Breakfast is served at your table, great coffee and no complaints. Karan is the perfect hostess - nothing is too much trouble. Great restaurants nearby, recommended by her.

Excellent traditional hotel with staff so happy to assist and go the extra mile. An old colonial building that has been renovated to a small hotel. Go to the top floor if you can with views of the harbour, you wont be disappointed. The staff are star quality, and happy to help you in anyway. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Highly recommended
