One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. Of course, I must say that the hotel has been renovated and the rooms and the hotel space are clean and new, but the hotel services are below zero. The hotel elevator was constantly stopped and we had to go up and down the 5 floors. The heating system in the room had problem and we had a hard time for two nights until they finally changed our room. Unlike the weakest hotels, even daily cleaning is not done and after our protest they said that you have to request and our room was cleaned on the fourth day after much follow up. And the reception's answer after my discomfort was that you can leave the hotel!
