Worst hotel I've ever been to, insects in the beds that infected us, there were flea's in the beds! I never ever come back to this hotel. It was a 1 star hotel! Had memory for us from Van... They told me it's 4 star but it wasn't, when I got there I saw that the official grade is 3 stars.

This is a lovely hotel, good location with a 20 min walking distance of AVM mall which is basically the only mall of this town. The room was clean and nice, and they gave us a four-bedroom even though we were only two people, so we enjoyed the spacious place. The breakfast was satisfying considering the hotel being a four-star in a small city. We really like the old paintings on the walls and the ceiling gave the hotel kind of an artistic vibe.

It was really a bad idea to come to this hotel… It’s completely rubbish, the spa was off, there is 0 light in other areas of hotel and I just left the hotel on second day to stay in an other hotel… Too sad!

The owners of this hotel are stingy, the air conditioner is always turned on by request, there is no mini bar, the hotel rooms are dirty and neglected, the refrigerator was broken, the toilet flush was broken, the staff are rude, they don't know English, this hotel is for It is stingy, a bad and stupid experience

The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast staff are phenomenal. The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance of great stores and restaurants. The downside: the walls are so thin you hear everything your neighbors are doing. Everything. I didn’t get much sleep. The air conditioner was off, so I had to leave the window open for cool air.

poor service,poor breakfast you should even look for a clean dish or bowel,spotty mirrors ,bad smell from bathroom there was no suitable air conditioning, many things needed to fix such as shower ,we had booked a four beds room but they gave us a triple room with a uncomfortable ultra bed ,cooler stopped working when you went out and you should call the reception and informed them to turn it on every time.We were four but they just put 2bottles of water and two towels.the only positive things in my opinion are the spacious rooms and the hotel location.I never stay again there and I dont recommend this hotel.

Bugüne kadar gördüğüm en güzel otellerden biri gerek temizliği gerekse Güler yüzlü personeli konumu her şey çok güzeldi tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Ayrıca lobisinin dekorasyonu çok hoşumuza gitti odalarda biraz gereksiz büyük ama bize bir Zararı yoktu ***et sıcak ve temizdi
