We supposed to stay in a different house where the pictures looked good, but I got an email days before that the place was on maintenance. They provided a different place for us to stay and was so dirty and the house very old. I’ll never stay there again.

The room we got has an en-suite bathroom and overall it’s pretty clean. The location is around 5-10 minute walk to the R4 and 16 bus route, which is accessible to downtown (~30 mins) and oakridge station (10mins). The house is located up so guests need to walk up a slope if you have no car.
Despite the poor review left by previous guests, we find the host very welcoming and helpful. The room is not glamorous but basic amenities are present. There are a bit of communication hassle with the check in. But overall the stay was pleasant.

The room is clean, but I don't recommend this when you want your own toilet in the room. You will only have a bed, a table, a chair and a water boiler. Nothing more, and to make it clear, the washroom is outside and be shared with everyone who's currently staying. Though the person in charge is kind, he doesn't speak English.
They'll change the address before you check in.

まずホテルと連絡が取れません。
電話をしてくださいとの事で電話をするが意思疎通ができず。
英語がお互いに理解出来ず。
smsを送ると言われたが受信されず。
その後違う番号から、smsはTRIPに記載の番号だとメッセージ送れないと言われたのでGmailで対応するも繋がらず。
呆れ果ててTRIPに電話
3回ほど電話しました。
ホテルと連絡できないことが2回と、
ホテルに着いたらTRIPに書いてあるアメニティが一切なかったこと。
聞いてみると、共用ですとの返答。
それならそう書いてください。
部屋にはベッドとテーブルしかありませんでした。
問い合わせでソファありますか？との質問に、ありますと言われましたが、
実際部屋に入ればそんな物はなく。
tvもなく ドライヤーもタオルもなにもかもないです。
TRIPさん、ちゃんとホテルの視察してください。
冷蔵庫は共用部分のキッチンにありましたが、荒れ果ててきたなかったです。
クーラーもありません。
ここまで酷いと思わなかったので、
やり取りができなかった時点でもうキャンセルしておけば良かったです。
評価つけたくありませんが、TRIPさんが色々取り次いでくれたので、それだけが評価できる点です。
TRIPさん迅速に対応ありがとうございました。
ホテルは中国語が話せる人が予約をしたらいいと思います。
チェックインにはデポジットが必要です。
書いてあったかな？
書いてなかったような気がします。。
チェックアウトはさすがセルフなだけあってとてもスムーズでした。
デポジットはちゃんと返していただきました。
やり取りの方法や、アメニティは、ちゃんと間違いがないように記載すべきです。

不一定會住在哪裡，代理人可能有幾個合作的民宿吧
我住的這棟房子輕軌終點站要轉公交，社區環境還不錯比較安全的感覺
房屋一共二層，或許每間卧室都有自己的衞生間，木房子雖然不太隔音但是住户們都比較安靜不打擾他人
廚房要共用，我衹用微波爐加熱一下早餐
自駕出行住這裏比較舒服，但公共交通還是建議住市中心酒店吧，每天進出折騰挺累的

初めてのカナダで渡航する前にホテル側に幾つかの質問をしましたが、返事がなくとても困っていました。Trip.comを通して一応対応してもらいましたが、Trip.comもTrip.comで48時間以内に返事すると言いながら、実際にはもっと時間がかかり、こちらから電話で催促してからの対応となりました。現地で宿泊前日にSNSでホテル側に宿泊情報の提供を依頼しましたが、10時間経っても返信がなく、電話して初めて連絡すると言ってくれました（実際の宿泊場所はTrip.comに書いた場所と異なっていました。宿泊先の主人は親切な人でした）。

チェックインの連絡にロスがあり、大変な苦労がありましたが、Trip側が即対応してくれて助かりました。
設備は最低限ですが、ロケーションが高級住宅街なので良いのと、オーナーの老夫婦のホスピタリティは良い感じです。
ただし、中国語しか話せないので、通訳機は必須です。笑
