Great rooms with good service and living experience. Housekeeping is also nice everyday. Though booked a lower floor room, we still have been arranged in 19/F of the North Tower. The city view from the window is also good. It was such a nice experience of living here for a business trip.

We booked a room with a balcony and were given one that was located thirty two floors up. We had a spectacular view of the city, ocean and the mountains. Posted picture is from the balcony. We were also able to access from our hotel the Greyline bus and tour the city. The hotel is somewhat pricey but well worth the money. Restaurants and bars are nearby.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Staffs are Helpful, rooms is big , but a bit old fashion. Overall stay experience is good

Comfortable bedding, nice location However the room is not sound proof, we can hear upstairs couple very clearly, won’t be good option to travel with kids.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant! From the cozy rooms with a great view to the friendly staff, everything was just great. The location of the hotel is also impressive - it is convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. I felt right at home and can't wait to come back here again!

We stayed on 27th floor! Kids loved sightseeing the downtown from the hotel room. It was the window wall. They have very comfy beds. We all really enjoyed sleeping in. My kids now spent more time at the health clubs than swimming pool. They have three different health clubs to work out.

We booked a junior suite with access to the club lounge. The suite was ok, not exactly huge as we had to lay our second cabin sized suitcase in the living area, which by the way did not have a door between it and the bedroom. The club lounge was very average, not exactly club like as there were kids, babies and toddlers as well as adults in singlets and shorts. Soft beverages were available as were snacks but alcohol had to be purchased. Pretty average compared to other club lounge in terms of the breakfast. We should have gone with a std room and bought breakfast outside .

Great location. Nice spaceous room. The breakfast and happy hour snacks in the club level were good. Our TV didn’t work the first night , but the staff tried to make things right , which I appreciate .

The location is great. fully equipped gym. however, Nto much amenities like toothbrush etc.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to pier and lots of good restaurants. Staff were helpful. The room is okay, overlooking the city, but there were no robes or slippers. We asked for a cot for our seven year's old granddaughter, but were given a baby bed. Overall, it's a good hotel.

It was so comfortable to spend time. The customer service was very nice and the room was so clean!
