The old male receptionist front desk were very rude,as if they did’nt notice you’re in front of them already!.other wise food and location were very good

Dear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team. Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey. Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

Service was ok. The rook was right at the elevators but we stayed just for 1 night so it was manageable. We had delayed flight from Vancouver and staff was nice enought to let us park the vehicle in the hotel parkade for 2 hours after check out. I personally would prefer cheaper rate for parking.

Great hotel, particularly for families: clean well-appointed, reasonable, We had the suite with a kitchen, which was everything that we needed. We will use again.

There for one day after cruise. This place is very close to the cruise terminal and to Chinatown / stadium. It is very convenient to get around, by public transport or ride hailing apps.

Rood was tidy but too close from elevator It was unfortunate that we got this room we heard people taking elevator while they are chatting And staff was not really helpful and willing to do
