Hilton Vancouver Downtown recensioner

Great stay and professional staff. Everything was clean and prepared for us, and the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were well received. The refrigerator was well stocked with sodas and liquor of which we did not take pardon, and the coffee was very good.

The staff and front desk are really good and nice. We really enjoyed staying from your hotel. Thank you and See you again.

As everything in Vancouver, it’s expensive. But it was a quality stay here. Super friendly staff, clean and big room. The outside pool is small but nice to cool off in. The sauna works great. Gym area is small but can do the job. Location is great, Tim’s & Liquor Store right next door, bike rental, restaurants etc all nearby. Also not as many “Zombies” on the street in this area.. felt pretty safe here. The Water Faucet in the shower was los and kept falling off was the only downside of the room.. acceptable. If you got money, recommend the stay here and stay away from Gastown, Chinatown etc.. those areas are hella scary these days,

Hotel staff were beyond nice in every way possible. Especially Salina (front desk) and Lisa (concierge), who made our stay and our celebration of my mom’s 80’s birthday an extra especial one. Loved it!

Great location, friendly staff but a bit expensive. Good for short stay. I rented a king sized bed with 1 room and balcony. Shame they put me on 7th floor with no view from balcony.

A bit older styled hotel. Generally I tend to expect a glass shower at a 4 star these days, but it was an old style tub shower. Decently clean suite.

The hotel's location is good, and the room is in good condition.

Literally everything about this hotel is perfect. 1. Location- near malls, supermarkets, good restaurants, metros, library 2. Service- best thing about this hotel. Hotel concierge Arif was a God sent. Waitresses in the hotel restaurant were so kind and patient with my babies who are at that stage where they throw food 3. Amenities- we sent our clothes for dry cleaning and my gold chain got stuck accidentally to my sweater. They found it and returned it in a small ziploc bag 4. Hotel food- basic continental breakfast but if you're travelling with small kids it's perfect because it's very kid friendly even for picky eaters like mine 5. Room- big and spacious lots of storage space amazing view love that there's a door that separates the bedroom from the couch area so we could have our own downtime while the babies sleep Thank you for making our first trip in Canada so amazing
