The room is comfortable, nice view and clean. All staffs are nice

Good environment for hotel, and it was large area for living and good view, but I think that the hotel lobby was difficult to find it.

From the valet, to reception to the bag person, all the staff were 10/10. Amazing stay.

Once entered the room 0707 , there was a very strange smell. Then the room was so damp that even the sheets and quilts were wet. So we called the front desk, who asked the room service to come to our room 0707 make sure what we said was true. (That's really uncomfortable to us. Was I going to lie? ) The room service entered the room even said the room smelled, confirmed that the sheets quilt and covers were wet, and tried to ask for help in the workgroup, but was told to take a small dehumidifier to put the room in and change the sheets. We asked for a different room because the odors in the room could not be removed. But the front desk told me there was no room. I said I could pay to upgrade the room, and front desk still said no. Nor has there been any apology for the distress we have caused or any other compensation plan in place. We were really disappointed with the paradox.

Nice room, but could hear the noise from the club even though the room is on the 10th floor. The hotel gave us access to the club. Parking is 55/night, a bit too expensive.
