Beautiful hotel with great service and amenities, offer free pick up and drop off from railway station and to and from the city center. The staff is really nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

room was spacious, breakfast was okay, the service however was AMAZING! worth the stay and for such a cheap price you wouldnt expect such a great service. from morning till 22:00 they will pick you up and drop you off anywhere you like in the city centre with a smile on their face. so even though the hotel is 1km away from city centre there will always be car ready to take you there🫶🏻

A bit far from the city center, but they provide free shuttle, they do not have a restaurant! they provide breakfast but you are on your own after that, bring snacks/food to your hotel in case you get hungry in the middle of the night, breakfast is mediocre , staff can hardly speak English but are helpful, make sure you have google translate. I loved that they had an outdoor bathtub spacious rooms

The location of the hotel is just by the river with great view and an easy access to the town. The garden is large and beautiful, it's much quieter than stay in town.The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, they not not picked us from station for free, but also arrange shuttle service all the time.Really recommended!

Wow! Highly recommend. The space was comfortable and welcoming. Although it is a little far from downtown, the staff are more than willing to transport you to and from. 10/10

Quiet resort overlooking the river. Loved the property and the host. Inspite of struggling to communicate much in English, they used translator and all possible means to plan our trip and ensure a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a bit far from the Main Street, but there’s a minivan that will take you in the city and back whenever you need it. The staff are super helpful, they will give you advice about any questions that you’ll have. The room was super big and clean, the bathtub didn’t work, but other than that it was a good deal.

Jacuzzi didn't work upon arrival. Took several reminders for it to be fixed, 3rd night in. Tea kettle lid missing, another tea pot cracked and leaked. Everything else was lovely, the staff were kind and accommodating and the location is superb. Overall great experience.

The pool was nice and big with a view but dirty and no lights at night We gave them 100.000kip to wash our clothes but it was still stink when they return it to us. Breakfast omg... Dun even try it. The room was ok good bedding and sleep but bathtub was damaged even though its new and kinda dirty. Overall.... Not a pleasant stay.

For customers who reserve via the Internet, we provide various services including free breakfast, transportation to medical treatment, transporting personal errands of customers, washing clothes, booking tickets for high-speed trains or planes, and other services. We asked our employees you give him a tip of 100k Kip and they were new employees who had no expertise in using the washing machine This is our mistake we apologize to the customer as well. There were few guests in 1 or 2 rooms, and we did not have buffet food, we had an order list of more than 15 food items. We serve snack food and fruit only but you refused to order food from us. The room was big with high ceilings and lots of room. We had a big tub on the balcony and one in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. There is a big nice pool and a place to sit right on the river. The hotel provided a big air conditioned van to drop and pick us up any where in town.

ห้องใหญ่กว้างกว่าที่คิดเอาไว้เยอะมากจ่ายเงินไปไม่ถึง 1700 บาท ได้ห้องสองเตียง มีอ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำหนึ่งและระเบียงอีกหนึ่งห้องกว้างอากาศดีวิวดีอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีขนส่งโดยรวมแล้วชอบมากมีบริการส่งที่สถานีรถไฟด้วยพนักงานน่ารัก
