I had to cancel my trip to vapi due to some unavoidable circumstances. I had requested for the cancellation of my booking. Since my booking was for 3 days, i requested to cancel my booking for 2 days at least and make the refund. But no refund is made.

Pest control was done recently due to which there was a heavy smell of chemicals. Lights were not working. Irresponsible behaviour from the reception while checkout. Delayed response by room service.

One day before our stay, pest control was done, and on the second day, the rooms were booked. There was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and when we complained, they denied our request for another room. In our room, there was insufficient lighting; it was almost completely dark. Additionally, there was no tissue paper in the toilet. Upon checkout, we requested a gst invoice with our company's gst number, but they refused to provide a copy. Instead, they told us to obtain it from makemytrip. It was a terrible experience.

The rooms is good, and the staff is also help full, by lack of ventilation makes the room stuffy, couldn't sleep well. Jusy ok for 1 night

Staff is good but rooms have very dim lights and bedbugs are terrible. The food was also good and very reasonable price.

Location wise it's a good option. Staff was supportive. Food was good. Only problem i faced was, telephone instrument was not working properly for which i asked them to change, but they didn't. Rest every thing was ok.
