HORRIBLE. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. We had to cancel our 5 day trip after the first night and left back to Havana.
The staff at the reception was rude and hostile from the very first moment. It took them 6 hours to prepare our room, which went beyond the check-in hours. We dropped our baggage and left for the beach and when we were back, our room floor was full of sewage coming from the toilet. Some of our stuff was on the floor and was full of sh*t. The reception staff refused to help clean our stuff, and said that they have no such service. Hotel's so-called public relations officer named "Salas" attended. He also refused to provide any solution, did not even try to make eye contact. We left like an inconvenience here.
The food is the same in every meal. The hygiene in the food court is horrendous. There is no hygiene rule basically. Plates and food boxes are never washed. It is a miracle to not get sick or food poisoning. We were served with exactly the same coffee every day, no cleaning the pot, changing the beans etc.
The rooms... The whole resort is about to collapse. There is no hot water if you are lucky to find any water! Toilet flushes are not working, bathtubs are rotten and full of dirt. The same goes for sheets and towels.
We are aware of the situation in Cuba. We don't expect a full service or whatsoever. But the situation in this place is beyond anything we have witnessed in Cuba as there is something truly wrong about here.
If you are really willing to see the beach in Varadero, please get a casa particular in the area, stay away from any resorts and eat outside restaurants run by locals.
I will never ever be coming back.

Excellent rapport qualité. Prix. De très belles piscines qui sont propres annexé à la mer direct sur une plage de rêve. Buffet correct avec vin blanc et vin rouge du chili. Et bien sûr boissons à volonté.
Fue una experiencia distinta, siempre viajo en familia pero esta vez decidí ir a descansar y estar con mi pareja a solas, lo que se me hizo un poco difícil debido a distintos episodios vividos en el hotel. en cuanto al servicio de las camareras y dependientas muy bueno, realmente se esfuerzan por hablar con los clientes y hacerlos sentir en familia, la limpieza todo bastante bien , pero debo decir q en cuanto a la comida deja mucho q desear, la mayoría de las veces frías, sin aliños para condimentar ensaladas o verduras, los jugos calientes y sin azúcar, no hubo un día w hubiera una mantequilla, mayonesa, o cualquier otra salsa para acompañar la comida o el desayuno . No existe un pequeño horno para calentar una tostada o un pedazo de pan , La presentación pésima, si soy sincera no hubo un dia que comiéramos bien y eso se debe fundamentalmente a la poca gestión por parte de los directivos, la supervisión bastante superficial y la justificación con todos los problemas q hay ahora mismo en Cuba. Servir un plato caliente o un jugo frío va más allá de la escasez q pueda haber.
El servicio de toallas para piscina prácticamente no funciona, estuvimos esperando todo el día para poder sacar las toallas y poder bañarnos , cuando dimos la queja enseguida aparecieron las toallas ,
Desafortunadamente tienden a justificar lo mal hecho con todos los problemas económicos q hay y que todos conocemos. Pagas por un hotel catalogado 4 estrellas y recibes servicio de 2 estrellas a mucho dar .

Vieze gebruikte handdoeken bij het zwembad, slecht eten, vroeg sluiten van barren bij het zwembad, kapotte jacuzzi’s, goedkoop party bier, alles is gewoon oud en vergane glorie en low budget gemaakt.
Het personeel wil het wel graag goed doen, maar voor hun is het lastig aangezien zij zich aan het beleid moeten houden. Het eten is echt wel het toppunt. 4 nachten verbleven en standaard ziek na het eten.

First let me say the staff are amazing. The pools are beautiful and clean. The grounds are lovely. We were initially on the second floor, there were four of us. The stairs were falling apart and the railings were not secure. There was absolutely no lighting in the area of our rooms. We went to reception and asked to be moved. Our two friends were moved that day and we were moved to the first floor the following day. The mosquitos in the rooms were unbearable. I had a large can of raid with me but I couldn't keep up with the amount of mosquitos each day. There were omlettes every morning and pasta every evening. Other than that the food for us was terrible. It was my first and last visit to Cuba.
