Hotel seems to be nice , the food was ok you could always find something so you didn’t end up hungry Service not great very slow , I was asking twice for the coffee while having a breakfast and I never got one I was very disappointed as we looked forward for a daily activities like Spanish lesson , bingo etc..and there was not entertainment at all I have even taken the photos of daily program to know what’s meant to be on and when I asked the animator why there is none of those happening they just looked at me and smiled Very disappointing Overall it was a good stay , lovely beach,lovely coffee bar

Good resort, clean and modern. Theres restaurants, bars, small shops, pools and its on the beach. The rooms are modern, clean and big. A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and decent, but they are outdated. Enough food, but not very tasty. The bar next to the beach never had glasses, so you had to improvise :). We appreciated the free bus to the center of the City, 4 trips a day. the beach is nice but full of algae

This is the second time I made a reservation for my family as I cannot travel to see them and my own experience here a couple of years back was extraordinary! The service in this hotel is unheard of! They are just to kind! All of them..just angels! For those who haven’t visit, this is one to give it a try…I promise you won’t regret it…aaand cannot even start mentioning the cost effectiveness of this one! You have all type of activities available, and Great food….This is what value for money is meant for ❤️❤️❤️❤️ besitos a todos en el staff! Gente increíble!

在古巴已經是上等人的酒店

整體的環境還算可以，這個價格入住含三餐 還有酒水整體來說是很不錯的～～只是在最後一天不知道吃到什麼 可能是優格，腹瀉了兩三天….

全包酒店性價比較高，環境優美，藍天碧水白沙灘，讓人流連忘返。還會再來。攜程訂房服務很貼心，價格也很實惠。

Hola el hotel está muy acabado y la verdad es mejor q cobren un poco más y q hagan las cosas mejor no se si será el fenómeno de Cuba pero la comida da rabia toda es fría y no hay variedad y hay un cocinero es mas joven q mantiene de mal genio a toda hora es una estafa pagar por unas vacaciones y dar un mal servicio en la comida por que descansar en comer bien y tener todo no estar rogando hasta para entrar a los restaurantes q tienen q dicen q siempre es con reserva y toca 48 horas antes si te quedan una noche o dos como vas a poder es ilógico lo hago para q mejoren por el bien de ustedes y no pierdan todos sus clientes gracias

房間設施陳舊，有破損，餐廳裏蒼蠅很多。位於海灘旁邊，可能古巴的酒店整體水平都不是太高，不能要求太高吧

Для Кубы очень даже неплохой отель. Территория большая, зеленая. Все чисто, номера хорошие. Еда как и везде в отелях этой категории - в целом есть и мясо и овощи, не особо конечно разгуляешься с выбором, но можно нормально питаться) Были в отеле этой же сети roc barlovento, он гораздо хуже.

En general bien, la comida es donde pudiera mejorar mucho, no hay que olvidar en dónde se encuentra el hotel, sin embargo la atención, la piscina y la playa fueron excelentes.

El servicio muy bueno excelente atención, la comida poco variada.

Еда на столько омерзительная ,что я почти голодала ..некоторые из персонала приятные ,но некоторые вообще не дружелюбные,как будто ты к ним за бесплатно приехала

L'autobus vers Varadero nous a donné mauvaise service.
