Royalton Hicacos Resort & Spa recensioner

The hotel was good, the Personnal service excellent but the food in lunch and dinner was terrible, every day the same and any species, the cocteles at the bars terrible, they didn’t have sugar and lemons for prepare them, the hotel in my consideration is 3 stars and I never go there

I stayed in multiple resorts during this visit to Varadero and this one is by far the most beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, there are lovely little bars everywhere all over the property too with delicious drinks. I upgraded to a premium suite and omg would highly recommend. Everything is touch activated and it’s basically a smart room. The beach is gorgeous with turquoise waters. The only thing I can say negative was that I didn’t love the buffet food but all of the ala carts are included each night I just never had time to sit down and enjoy one of them. I heard all the restaurants are amazing though - so aim for those. Otherwise - this property is worth every penny 💕

We had an amazing time at Royalton Hicacos. We were Diamond club and tried all the a la cartes. The food was amazing! Surpassed all expectations and prior negative reviews. Alcohol was mainly of shortage (vodka and tequila), but there is always rum, beer, gin, and wine. Definitely an older crowd, but still a great time. The entertainment team does an amazing job during the day for activities and night time shows are nice. Would 100% return.

Pier and beach bar were under repair. The number of employeesi is insufficient and too crowded. Food is very inadequate except in A la Carte restaurants. Rooms and complex are very old. Insufficient pools.

Facilities are amazing. But room is Ok - there are some insects or mosquitoes. I would be more relieved if they can give me mosquitoes spray or something stuff which can protect from mosquitoes or insects.

Great stay! Lots of amenities and the food/drinks selections outstanding. Pitifully the weather did not help much but overall it was a great time at this hotel. Traveling as a couple.

房間還算ok，服務不錯，但是酒店整體有點老舊，畢竟被制裁了這麼多年，已經算不錯了 帶防蚊用品！！！ 海灘很美很美很美

Отличное место, чтобы посибаритствовать недельку-другую. Мы отдыхали в конце апреля. Потрясающий чистый океан; ощущение, что людей на пляже почти нет. Мелкий белый песок. Никаких медуз. Ни одно средство от комаров нам не понадобилось) Океан чуть штормило, один из дней был даже закрыт для купания, но это не критично. Еда в основном ресторане (шведский стол) была разнообразная, вкусная. Блюда в ресторанах по меню понравились не все, но в большинстве случаев тоже были вполне съедобными. Бар с ромом, виски, коктейлями - 24/7, сигарный бар с бренди. Шоу-программы каждый вечер. Из туров, которые предлагаются в отеле, брали морскую прогулку на необитаемый остров Кайя Бланко с заходом в дельфинарий. Здорово, нам понравилось. Номер соответствовал описанию на сайте отеля, уборка ежедневная, порадовал русскоговорящий консьерж. В целом отдыхом в отеле довольны, спасибо!

因為是兩個訂單，不再太多重複。所有員工都會講英語，包括保潔工人，對於不會西語的遊客無疑是福音。 各個建築內都有WIFI（這在古巴很難得），開放區域WIFI信號強度取決於離建築遠近。每次離開建築 WIFI就會斷掉，下次需重新登錄。所以我們每天登錄N次 吃的挺滿意，在古巴物質缺乏的情況下, 能吃到這樣的自助, 很滿意。意大利餐廳的龍蝦意麪味道不錯龍蝦挺足。 酒店挺大的，400間客房，我們入住當天全滿。來這裏的很多人是從加拿大過來的，機+酒套餐。以至於得知我們是中國人後問我們生活在中國還是加拿大？ 酒店裡的商店除了賣冰箱貼那個店，都衹收美金不收古巴比索。最後與酒店客服溝通，在付去哈瓦那機場出租車費時把剩餘12000PESO用掉。

海水是非常漂亮的和田玉色，但因為這裡是灰色沙子，靠近沙灘的海水會被沙子攪起來，略顯渾濁。所以在酒店的海灘也不能浮潛。希望享受親海活動的不建議選擇這裏。海灘的茅草屋二樓看海景緻是無與倫比的的，哪怕是遇到暴風雨天氣，海水依然明艷動人。下午可能會看到鵜鶘成羣結隊來遛彎，因為有人喂，喜歡看鵜鶘，來這裏就很值得。 餐飲並不想想象的差，食物還是很豐富的，尤其是自助餐廳，雖然自助餐廳看起來沒有其他餐廳優雅，但我們吃了所有餐廳後得出的結論是，還是自助餐廳最好！服務談不上特別，見面都會問好，很親切。每天晚上有熱鬧的歌舞、模特表演等，喜歡熱鬧的度假方式就比較適合來。總之，這裡是古巴，度假村有它自己的特色，但你不能期待精緻、細節。如果當作一種對當地經濟的考察瞭解，它是值得的，因為據我們所知，目前古巴的支柱產業是旅遊，巴拉德羅是其中的代表目的地。如果你希望有一個完美的海灘假期，那麼可能東南亞的性價比和軟硬件都要更好

對於古巴的整體情況來比較的話，應該已經算是當地不錯的酒店了，三餐全包，餐食豐富，更為重要的是，晚上21:30有免費的演出，非常棒！
