The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible as the rooms are in bad condition. The receptionists needs to be trained to provide a descent service and learn how to communicate with each other because the miscommunication between them created many issues for me during my staying. My room was not cleaned properly before my arrival, i found trash from previous guests and many insects. The food was ok, the beach at the hotel is amazing. The waiters and bar staff were provided good and fast service.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel is too old and not well maintained. Very limited choices for foods; at El Bamboo and El Bistro also very limited, no shrimp, fish, prawns. The fruits at the buffet restaurant are always fresh and tasty, love guava and papaya!

Samen met een vriendin weekje hier geweest. Erg oud hotel. Ze zijn wel begonnen met opknappen vanwege een nieuwe eigenaar. Eten was prima, maar erg weinig variatie, dat kan echt veel beter. Hygiene was erg slecht kamers waren niet goed schoon enorm veel muggen in de kamer en badkamer. Verwacht er niet al te veel van! Verder is Cuba natuurlijk wel prachtig en de locatie is fijn direct aan het strand. Personeel doet hun best.

Hotel bem localizado na primeira linha de praia. O quarto que nos foi atribuìdo era inacreditável: sujo, parecendo desabitado desde há anos, malcheiroso, autoclismo sem funcionar, candeeiros partidos e sem lâmpadas. Pedimos para mudar e só o terceiro quarto nos parecia um pouco menos mau. Para este foi necessário pagar um extra. Ficámos uma noite, mas continuando as condiçòes de higiene a serem inaceitáveis, optámos por mudar para outro hotel, tentando salvar as férias. O Restaurante era igualmente sujo e malcheiroso. Comida muito fraca, em qualidade e confeção. Impossível de comer.

Нормальный отель для Кубы, стоит своих денег. Распрложен в пешей доступности к центру. Питание достаточно однообразное, но вполне неплохо. Персонал приветливый
