You come here for the beach! Not for the hotel, service nor food. Varadero is the best beach in the world.

設施：挺好的，沒有大床房了兩個床拼的——有吹風機，書桌也很好。電梯壞了衹能抬行李。 食物：午餐在海邊，各種户外燒烤台感覺很棒。薯條炒麪超受歡迎——晚餐早餐在check in 大廳的二樓。餐廳的老爺爺倒水的老爺爺人超好超熱情，牛奶布丁米飯超好吃！煎餅也好吃！還有那個飯糰！ 水果也新鮮。 衞生：另外一個餐廳的老爺爺給我們送了感冒葯。診所的人很負責，當時跟他説了房間號，醫生40的分鐘主動上門問我們情況。要刷信用卡或者美金g付款。不能給當地貨幣。

Katastrophe!!! Aud keinem Fall buchen. Lieber mehr Geld ausgeben für ein besseres Hotel. Es gab überall Fliegen und Kakerlaken. Die dicksten Kakerlaken, die ich je gesehen habe. Hotel ist total runtergekommen. Hat mich aufgrund von Magen-Darm 3 Tage meines Urlaubs gekostet. Ist aber sehr leer dort und der Strand ist traumhaft.

Es una pena que estén vendiendo algo que no existe , no se como pueden estafar así a las personas . Soy de los huéspedes que no se fija mucho en las comodidades pero bien reconozco que se paga altos precios por nada . Final mentes la pasé espectacular porque lo más importante era pasarla con mi familia y amigos , Del personal de servicio no tengo ni está queja hacían lo q no podían para complacer a las personas , las culés en sus momentos los insultaban como si ellos tuvieran culpa de la situación . Trabajé por mucho tiempo en los hoteles de varadero y de esos hoteles no queda nada Cuado ves ese mar tan bello ese tesoro que muy pocos países poseen y ver sus playas desoladas cuado en sus tiempo no se podía caminar de la multitud q los visitaba . Siento mucho dolor en mi corazón . En el tachón de la playa es lo único que queda con un poco de dignidad y para que decir del los empleados wuaoooooo,quede tan satisfecho por su dedicación con los huéspedes, y de nada tratando de hacer de su trabjo el mejor . Siempre les estaré agaradecido por su atención. A mi familia No recuerdo el nombre pero la chef del ranchon es la persona más humilde y dedica que conocí , mil mil gracias

Советский лагерь. не вкусная еда, коктейли не вкусные. Убираются плохо, но говорят что все отели такие. Море все решает, впечатления больше положительные. А еще можно посетить самый кринжовый ресторан в мире

Detestamos a comida, não tinha sabor e diversidade, muitas moscas. Elevadores estragados, vazamento no banheiro, lâmpadas queimadas, internet precária.

El hotel dice que es 4 estrellas ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ realmente no creo que lo es, no tienen variedad de comida 🥘 deberían de mejorar el servicio de buffet todo incluido ya que es bastante pobre te ponen un solo plato fuerte diario carne de cerdo o carne de res 🥩 , realmente fue un viaje familiar y la pasamos genial. 😀 el servicio de bar bastante aceptable , aunque muchas veces faltaba limón , cerveza , azúcar, y otras cosas pero los muchachos hacían lo que no estaba a su alacance para atenderte con cualquier trago de tú preferencia, la playa muy linda aunq deberían de mejorar sus atracciones para los turistas , la instalación esta aceptable aunque no te ponen ni agua en la habitación , escasean mucho las cosas , ojooooo fue mi experiencia no quiero decir que el hotel este horrible está bastante agradable para estar en familia lo que tienen que mejorar muchísimas cosas en resumen es un hotel 2 estrellas ⭐️⭐️, la animación muy pobre deberían mejorar mucho más , el Grupo de baile genial ☺️☺️ mis felicitaciones por su show merecen crecer más, lo recomiendo salvo que deberían mejorar muchas cosas pero se pasa bien 😊

När vi bokade läste vi flera dåliga recensioner av hotellet, vi trodde att de var turister med väldigt höga upplevelser men de hade inte fel. Den varma uppmärksamheten hos vissa arbetare, som försäljaren i butiken, flickan i baren eller Jaime med sin vackra vänlighet, överskuggas av bristen på professionalism hos någon annan, som Michel, den som står i baren på natten eller regissören själv, vad inte? god morgon da. När det gäller den fruktansvärda maten, mycket lite variation och beredningen är inte mer utsökt. På hotellet finns inga aktiviteter i poolen eller på stranden och barn har bara en försämrad park. Hur som helst, vi har dåligt minne och det är en besvikelse för MGM Muthu-kedjan att ha ett hotell av så dålig kvalitet.

Vackert och mysigt hotell vars tjänster generellt sett är mycket bra. Dess anställda är alltid uppmärksamma på att tillfredsställa kundens behov. Poolen var mycket trevlig och hölls ren. Maten var riklig och välsmakande. Även om de för närvarande har problem med varmvattentjänsten, utan tvekan, skulle jag välja detta hotell igen och därför rekommenderar jag det.

Poor even by Cuba standards. I've been to Cuba 8 times (7 in Veradero) DR 4 times, Mexico 3 times so I know what to expect, even by Cuba standards, it was below expectations: The Good 1) Beach is perfect, blows away Mexico , and is a level above D.R. 2) Price - We got there from Halifax for $860 all inclusive, to get to D.R. or Mexico going to cost at least $500 more. 3) Location isn't bad, but not as close to Veradero as I would ideally want, taxi charges 20 US to take you into town, but you can haggle them down to 5$ Cdn, and $2 US (always mix currencies, it confuses them and gets you a better rate), also a double decker bus from 9am-6pm that gets you into town for $5 US 4) Tennis courts - No lights, net is a little saggy, but by Cuban standards quite good, and no one uses it, so no wait time. 5) Hotel rooms - Decent by Cuban standards. The Bad 1) Staff - Lazy and slow even by Cuban standards (that's saying something). In the meal hall, they don't come and offer you water or coffee. Waiters instead come up and try chatting you up, what city are you from ? etc. They focus 100% on chit chat, 0% on service. 2) Elevators - None work, I was on 4th floor, I don't mind getting steps in, but after a long day, it's a pain in the ass. 3) Coffee - They have neat coffee shop in hotel lobby, but expresso is served medium warm, and it's worst quality, has nothing to do with embargo, coffee is from Columbia, went into non-touristy part of town outside Veradero had much better. 4) Food - One doesn't go to Cuba for the cuisine, but even by Cuban standards, not great, no real eggs, no meat, Chicken was chewy and dry, fish was too bony. 5) Nightly entertainment - Lacklustre. 6) Animation staff - Wouldn't play volleyball, they just sit on beach and chit chat with tourists at hotel, want you to give them stuff for their sick relatives (all staff at hotel have sick relatives, which you should give money to them for). 7) Showers - No hot water. 8) Stay at a Melia instead.

The staff very attentive, gave the best service they could ,with limited stock because USA embargo affecting the cuban people not the government Over all fantastic vacation

All the people are very kind and the food has excelent variety and taste. I join many activities from the morning till the night like spanish lessons,danco g, sailing, biking etc all for free. The swimming pool has a very large size from 0.5m to 1.9m. The beach is private and in tha same yard with the hotel.

The entertainment people are the best. They were so fun, very nice and had multiples activities available. There were shows every night, singing, dancing and during the day we could play volleyball, kayaking, pedalling, sailing, aqua-gym, all for free. I recommend coming here and for the best time, spend time with #BriannaAnimation and #YohanAnimation. They are the best. Love them. Would come back!!

I had a wonderful time. The food was very good, a lot of things to eat. The hotel was clean, the people very friendly, I've been in the hotel too many times, and I will come back again
