Hotel Kashi Pride

Rooms are not clean, staffs are rude. Food quality was below average, no four wheeler parking available

Being a travel agent ,Sent a froup of pax to this hotel .But the hotel staffs are illmannered, again ang again disturbing the guest at 06.00 am to check out sinec there an arrival of a group having known that the chek out time is 12.00 pm .There should be a normal courtesy in guest handinlg being from professional industry which was ignored deliberately by the management .Despite knowing the underrating of the hotel we still tried to promote the hotel but unfortunately, all in vain. Being a travel agent I understand the service issue sometimes can be taken into consideration but in order to facilitate a group for early check in you cannot force others for early check out. Hope the management will take appropriate measures to evade off further inconviniences.

The service is very bad, there are only mosquitoes in the hotel, there is only idli in breakfast.

The stay is hood nd comfortable rooms are clean . Staff behaviour is very nice 😊 even guard bhaiya is very helpful. Tq soo much for making our stay sooo good snd comfortable washrooms are also very clean we got very nice room
