Really loved this Hotel , the staff were lovely and some the best of our two weeks in India . Yes a few things needed fixing or were clunky in the place House keeping was excellent “Arvind” really made us feel special and appreciated , well done Arvind . Wait until you are welcomed - great bloke

Cozy and well-maintained hotel with an extremely kind and attentive staff. The service is excellent, and breakfast is truly delicious. A special thanks to Avanish Pandey for his professionalism and attentiveness at the restaurant—always courteous and available. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, making it an ideal place for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for those looking for great hospitality and quality service in Varanasi.

Experience was very good from arrival to walking out the door. Staff were extremely friendly. Restaurant offered a great selection on their menu. Hospitality staff were fantastic. Both Vikash and Suraj were always friendly, helpful and available. Great team in the restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable

I recently stayed at Hotel Amayaa and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the warm welcome at check-in to their prompt service throughout my visit, they truly made me feel valued. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. We had a wonderful stay, 22nd-24th Feb, on Level 5. Hotel is in a great location. Our room attendant Arvind, couldn’t do enough for us, not only did he keep the room spotless, he was friendly and a great conversationalist. The Amayaa need more team members like Arvind.

we stayed at amayaa in March 2025. one of our party had particular dietary requirements. Our waiter, Vikas Slngh, went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. The room was lovely and housekeeping was excellent. The only negative was that the hotel internet was not always reliable

All food and everything is excellent and specially thanks to restaurant Mr Vikas Gupta and his team like Suraj and Vikas 2 and breakfast is good and thank you all the best I like something new and good like sattu Partha with aloo soyabeen bhaji and they are make it good tea for me

Good food ,room and services. Price is high. Location little far from ghats and mandirs. Overall nice experience. Will suggest to others who can afford. Scope : can add the authentic kachori , chat , malaiyo, banarasi pan items to the food list. Will help who cannot visit the local shops

We were there for a night, the team was very hospitable, especially Kundan at the front desk, in addition to the travel manager Rinku, the restaurant manager Vishal, these are few names I remember. Kundan needs special mention for going out of his way to accommodate our needs, because we were super tired when we landed. The physical rooms etc though neat are probably slightly aged . We had to book rooms through makemytrip, and probably thats where the disappointment comes because the services were not reflective of the rates charged, but then again it was Mahakhumbh season, so probably the reason for inflated rates on aggregator websites. We ate all our meals at the restaurant, it was standard north indian fare, nothing to complain or write home about. All in all a decent experience
