ダシャーシュワメード・ガードまでは少し距離がありましたが立地は良かったです。
室内、食事等の宿泊費は少し高めと感じました。
まあ、観光地近辺ではしょうがないかもしれません。
ただ注意することは、部屋の広さ、ベットサイズが宿泊代理店のWEB写真と実態が
大きく違いました。責任はホテル、仲介業者、代理店と調査中ですが。。。

The hotel location is good near to Ashi Ghat. You can enjoy the evening Ganga Arti. But as compared to cost a little high. The room is good & spacious. The staff is very cooperative. Overall a nice stay.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, they entered our room behind our back without even asking, lift is broken so have to take staris for 3rd level everytime, worst than even oyo rooms

Location of the hotel is very approachable nearby Tulsi &Assi Ghat. Rooms were also quite clean and managed very well. Room service was prompt.

Location was good. Rooms are also good size. Hotel was undergoing renovations so lots of dusts. Told the reception to clean the floor when we checked in. She mentioned that she will get it done. Came in the evening, the floor still had lots of dusts on the floor it was not cleaned up at all. While you can clean or wash your legs, the dirt on your feet is still likely to get the hotel linens dirty. They have no laissez-faire approach. The other members of our group had dirty linen and dirty towels. Duty manager was having arguments in front of the guest with his staff. Bill of someone else or coffee was posted to our account and we were told that the laundry was not paid for when it was already paid. Not recommend unless they get their act together.

Lift was not operating for 2 days. AC was not working. Informed Management at hotel many times but things didn't get better. Very Poor wifi connectivity. Only plus point is Location. Otherwise, suffocating rooms and uncooperative staff.

The lift was not working while check out, ordered food at 9.30 pm and they delivered it at 11.45 pm after several follow up. Management and staff were hardly interested in solving your problem. My mother had serious knee problem but was forced to walk down two floor by spiral staircase as lift was not working since morning and they are reluctant to make any alternative arrangements. They the staff at the reception started checking with us since morning 8 am for check out while the official check out time is 11 am. Only good about this hotel is food quality. Rest all cleanliness, approach, room size, facilities, condition of bathroom,service are poor at least this is what I had experienced during my stay.
