Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise.
The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

Good location at centre nearest Banaras station.Nice food and services by the restaurent staff.Big and clean rooms with all the amenities.Hiuse keeping staff was good.Staff at the time of check-in was very polite and gave good suggestion to visit varanasi. Overall very good stay.

Hotel le lotus grand is a very good property on this rates value for money,I have visited with my family,hotel staff was very cooperative and supportive,food was very tasty and rooms are also very clean. I would like to recommend all the visitors of varanasi to visit this hotel.

The price was on the higher side and not worthed service was delayed.
The staff insisted for food payment at 11.30 pm even after signing the bill of the food, stating that the check-in was done without ID proof and the was not received at the time of checking in also regarding some software issues.
It was pathetic.

Good location,Well maintained,Good service,Food was awesome and staff behaviour was very good.Not very far from mandir and ghats.I would strongly recommend this hotel to all the friends and family.Once again thanks to the entire team of hotel le lotus grand for making my trip memorable.

There was cockroaches in the breakfast food. Food was also not good. Variety was not there. Not hygeinic

Perfect place to stay in varanasi at this price,good location ,friendly staff and most importantly food was very good ,services was as per policy . Room was same as in photograph ,It was a must go stay with family or friends. We have met the M.D .of this hotel at restaurant and it was a great pleasure to talk with her .once again I recommend this hotel to every friend and visitors .,

Perfect place to stay in varanasi at most affordable price and location,friendly staff and most importantly food was every good. Services was as per policy.room was same as in photograph.It was a must go stay with family or friends. Thanks for all the services.
