I had a fantastic stay at Banaras Haveli , The service was exceptional especially Mr Shivam , he is calm and patience to handle our group check in . Staff as Mr Rahad Rawat were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect to take Tuk Tuk to explore round Varanasi and take boat to anywhere . The hotel just 5 mins walk to Assi Ghat and many nice restaurant around this area . Best hotel for group check in .

Loved our Stay. It's a 2 min walk from Assi Ghat. The hotel is clean. Price may be a tad on the higher side. Food is absolutely Delicious. And Special Mention to Mr. Ajay Pandey for helping us for Kasi Vishwanath Darshan & all city tours without any cost. This is a service from the hotel. And Ajay ji is a True Gem. Listen to everything he says.. We went during the "Tourist Explosion" in Varanasi, but with Ajay Ji's guidance was able to visit Kashi Vishwanath without any long queues.

I travelled to Varanasi with my senior citizen mom during the Mahakumbh. The hotel staffs took very good care of us. We had an amazing stay with divine experiences of Shri Kashi Viswanathji darshan and Ganga ghat Aarti. The location of the hotel near Assi ghat beside Gangaji made our experience smooth and enriching. Also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with the river view. A special mention to the hotel guide MR.AJAY PANDEY who went above and beyond to make sure we have a hasslefree temple darshan and enjoy the local cuisine. Thank you very much Hotel banaras Haveli for helping us make some wonderful lifelong memories!

Unfortunately, this hotel contributed to 90% of my stress in Varanasi. There were so many things that went wrong that i can't even begin to remember them all. First, I stayed in three rooms in four nights, because in my first room the toilet leaked. The second room was a cheaper room, and I didn't get entirely compensated for the difference (the owner was trying to save money, as he did with everything) so I only got half the difference. The third room was good... finally. The general staff is very keen to please, but their incompetence was breathtaking. The front desk staff was better. The hotel restaurant served less than average cuisine. I have never seen such an uninspired menu in my life. All in all, I couldn't wait to leave. However some people I talked to liked it... so your mileage may vary.

One of the best location on Assi ghats...the staff and the manager specially they all are so humble and exhibit the best of service sense..we enjoyed our stay as well as the food in their roof top restaurant.. service at the restaurant was prompt and they also suggested dishes that we really appreciate

The guide Ajay Pandey was very helpful in guiding us about Varanasi.The staff is well behaved and helpful. Nice place to stay. Assi Ghat is very nearby and you can see the Ganga Aarathi easily. The restaurant is good and food is very delicious. Thanks for the hospitality.

The stay was super comfortable and staff was very courteous and friendly..services by Mr. Rahul are great .it's a must visit place. Ganga ghat is near and the ambience is very family oriented. I had a great time with my family and great food at the rooftop restaurant.

Although the location of the hotel is very good being at the Assi Ghat but the rooms are very average. Some rooms were smelling and so were the bathrooms. The restaurant at the roof top had very slow service and were not guest friendly. The basic responsibility of providing plates and cutlery on break had to be told to them. However the food was good with good flavour .. The biggest flap was not loading the luggage which was sent to the reception to the cab which I realised on reaching the airport. Although they helping sending the luggage through the cab. Overall a very average experience

Wonderful stay! The room was clean, the food was fantastic, and the rooftop café had a great Ganga view. Great location too. The complimentary guide, Ajay Pandey, was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He helped us plan our visits perfectly.
