It was my really nice experience with the hotel. I stayed there 4 nights. The food was awesome stay was really very comfortable. The staff members are very friendly and cooperative. It was really a nice experience for me and my family. I recommend this hotel for stay.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.. Terrible things which happened with me were: 1: we were on a business trip we wanted twin bed room but they don't have any twin bed rooms. 2: instead of they placed an extra bed in the room which was a folding bed and with it they provided a pathetic blanket. 3: The main issue was the bathroom there was no lock in it... (Kundi) 4: Electricity was cutting down very frequently. 5:It is so far from the city.. Approx 10 kms from kashi vishwanath mandir and 7-8 kms from the ghat still it is too pricy... If you want your travel experience to be ruined then go for this hotel.

Over all stay is awesome, all staff is very helpful and polite. Quality of food is best in all varanasi. Rooms are clean and spacious. Mr Sanjay manager, Mr parmod and the Mr MD cheff are very polite, nice behaviour and helpful. I recommend this hotel for best stay.

At [Gulab Kothi], the culinary journey was a highlight of my stay. From locally sourced ingredients to expertly crafted dishes, each meal was a delight for the senses. We went for dinner and must not miss to praise the food and the chef's personal attention and customizing the dishes according to our choice and preferences.. Ambience was too good as we need a peaceful and relaxing place to relish our meals with friends.. Sanjay verma ji took good care overall we would look forward to more such gatherings at Gulab kothi.. I appreciate the taste and freshness of the food we ordered...loved it..

A new property, thus clean. But already seems to ask for a maintenance job… improper upkeep, be ready to be welcomed by mosquitoes, bugs and cobwebs in the room! Rooms are kind of cramped… Understaffed… untrained and amateur staff… everything is too too too slow! Specially in room dining and restaurant… takes a lifetime for orders to be delivered… expect a wait of at least an hour! View from the room not too appealing, the only plus side is it’s proximity to the national highway, saves the traffic and waste of time to and from the city. Not a luxury stay, ok for a night haunt, but they have a long way to go!

I stayed at the hotel with my friends for three days. Staff is very supportive. The food is excellent. Mr. Sanjay Verma has personally taken care of everything. Whoever is planning to visit Varanasi, I will recommend this hotel to stay
