In one word, Excellent. The service provided was excellent. You would feel it was a 4 star hotel. The best stay we've had while visiting India. Very clean and the deco is so pleasing to the eye. The Manager was excellent, so were the staff. The Manager was very accommodating of our needs. Did everything to make our stay comfortable. No wonder the staff were so good. As for the chef! what can I say. Excellent. Meals were delicious and cheaper than eating out of the hotel. Wish I could have brought him back with me!!! No hesitation to recommend. As I said, equivalent to a 4 star hotel

Excellent stay.. Kids enjoyed to the fullest..rooms were clean and comfortable..Well maintained swimming pool. Good breakfast.. Polite and helpful staff.. The staff was very accomodateive. Beautiful location near the cliff. Walkable to beach Check in can be made easier and smoother.

Absolutely stunning place to stay close to the cliffs where all the restaurants are located. The staff are simply stunning from the managers through to the front staff, the lady in particular, as well as the waiters, the pool *** and the security guy. Nothing was a problem and so we spent 5 outstanding nights there. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this quality hotel. Many thanks Sajjoy

Fantastic hotel and staff, I want to mention: Praveen, the general manager, made the time to come and speak to us , very professional! Suralal, Adarsh and Deepu, the front office team, what can we say, these 3 were amazing, helpful, nothing was too much trouble...and kept in supply if many cups of coffee! Vishnu, Kavitha and Prashant, the housekeeping team, excellent service, room was spotless every day, and the towel art was fantastic, Lovely surprises! Sunil, the chef...it was like having our own private chef, the dishes he cooked for us were out of this world, the flavours were amazing something deliciously different every day! And thanks to Ambili and Kishnar Kutty, the kitchen team, their help with the dishes and the service they gave was impeccable. Thanks to Raju (day) and Mohan (night), the guards, very attentive and always a wave and a big smile. Finally Kilson and Anil, the maintenance team, always on hand to help with any problems. Thank you all, you should all be so proud of yourselves, the hotels reputation only has you all to thank.

The staff are so kind and smiling all the time! Deepu is the reception guy, helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast is nice also. There is an amazing doctor girl named Dr Divya Parkash, expert in Ayurveda and that can do massage and body examination. She is amazing!!

Very good option for staying in Varkala.We visited Varkala during off-season.The hotel offers great breakfast options too.The staff is very kind and friendly.The ayurvedic centre and massage offered here are exceptional.Worth the money and stay.Will return to this hotel soon

Had a lovely 9 night stay at Sajjoys, hotel staff very friendly and helpful and even fixed my TV for me so I could watch the euros. The food was very nice and the chef was very good and helpful considering it was out of season. Rooms had great AC which was refreshing as it was so hot outside, lovely bed and excellent room service, my only complaint would be that the WiFi wasn't very good. All in all a great experience and as a solol traveller the staff of Sajjoys were so helpful and welcoming that I never felt lonely.

Just a couple of minutes walk from the Cliff with restaurants and traders and then a short walk down to the beach, this is a top class hotel with large comfortable and well equipped rooms. Lovely pool, excellent WiFi, free underground secure parking. Breakfast was a little average with hot food that was not hot but when this was mentioned on the second morning extra freshly cooked food was provided. Very helpful and attentive smiling staff.

Excellent hotel. Had good family stay. Hotel is located near to Varkala helipad, North cliff, is maintened neat and clean. Food is delicious. Excellent and responsive staffs as well. Ayurveda Dr. Divya is really very attentive and precribes treatment appropriately. Overall 5 star property, staff !!!
