It was extremely hot and i couldn't handle the heat. Me and my girlfriend fell asleep because of the heat and the fan speed was very low even in full speed. I had a terrible time and there is no privacy. It's an average place and if you're going with your partner then don't go there because everyone will hear you speak.

Comfy bed, amazing pool and hot shower were most welcome. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered laundry service. Considering that Varkala can be noisy, it was fairly quiet. We were with a group on a yoga retreat and the hotel accommodated us nicely. The rooftop was a good spot for yoga practice! So if you're looking for a place to take your yoga group I'd consider the Lilypad :) I'd love to go back.

Having stayed here for 5 nights on a yoga retreat I was very impressed with the space. The rooms were clean & big, with fans & a balcony, mine led straight to the pool. I think most rooms had air conditions too if you need that. The beds were comfortable & large! I had a fridge & plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom too. Great rooftop for yoga, we also had delicious food made for us whilst we were here & the service was very good. The manager was very helpful & friendly, I would be happy to stay here again & the fact it had a pool & was so close to the beach was a bonus! Highly recommended for any kind of traveller.

I led a yoga and meditation retreat at Lilypad and would highly recommend it to other teachers. They cooked us a lovely vegetarian brunch and the space for yoga was perfect. The rooms were very spacious too and the hotel is in such a nice peaceful location. I will definitely run another one there.

lypad is not only a place to sleep. Here you can find everything that you need. For me is the best place in Varkala. Big room, lovely garden cleaned every and with big swimming pool…. And lovely people that can help and assist you in every moment. Ajin and All Lilypad staff are Kindly and prepared to give everything to you. The Resort is very closed to each services, outside the door you can find everything, food , money exchange, transport…. All in few steps…. If we had met it earlier we would have stayed here a few weeks more. Thanks guy you are great

Lily-pad resort is good property to stay, near to cliff and all cliff cafes. Also having decent pool to refresh yourself.
