Toyam by Orchid Hotels

I recently had the opportunity to visit Toyam by orchid, this December. I had the best experience which was extremely memorable and I wanted to document the same so that others can use my experience when they are making a decision to choose this resort. 1. The property sits amidst a scenic valley, at the corner of the lake. You reach there via a small village that reminds you of the classic Maharashtra. The lake is this untouched, and creates for the most magical sunset view. The proximity of Toyam to Pune, is definitely a major plus for me, even though you get old town vibes once you reach the stay. 2. The staff are some of the most warm and homey hosts that I've come across. They were professional and candid at the same time. 3. The Resort is SO BEAUTIFUL. We chose the deluxe rooms and were surprised with the size of the room. The interior is unique, functional and at picturesque. Good job with that. The resort plays calming and melodious music throughout the day making strolls through the property a one of a kind experience. 4. I was visiting the property as it was my parents 25th anniversary. We wanted to celebrate it with the closest family and yet make it grand, and the staff allowed us to make accommodations for the same and also tolerated so many requests. They went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable and were having a great time. Leaving a few photos for you to understand what Im talking about I would, all in all, definitely recommend my fellow travel and luxury stay enthusiasts to pay Toyam a visit, in whatever capacity it is. They won't disappoint.

A Wonderful and clean property. Very well designed and well maintained. Food, ambience and vibes are really good. Spending time at the pond side gazebo and stairs is so relaxing... A must visit resort for wellness programs, SPA & good food.

Its hardly 30 kms drive from Pune city and 2-3 kms inside from mumbai Bengaluru highway....but still very peacefull place. Resort location is just awesome and very well built near a small lake. All 4 category rooms are well furnished with all the necessary amenities. I will give 5 stars to service and all the staff. Food quality is also very good. Many veg nonveg options for breakfast. But Limited food varities in lunch and dinner considering the package cost. Improvements for hotel staff and housekeeping: 1. Buffet containers lid is so difficult to open as it was so hard and heavy. Also there were chances that entire container could have slipped down from the induction plate. 2. Pillows were not that comfortable and very stiff even after soft material inside. Not able to sleep comfortably entire night.

The absolute best place to relax and rejuvenate....had the best time with my family . The food is excellent and the team at the resort happily accommodate food requests . A great place to visit. Even though it's nestled amidst nature, we didn't have any issues with mosquitoes.

Cool place, perfect for Anniversary, birthday celebration also good Family members. Rooms are comfortable...Food is awesome, staff is very polite and supportive especially Kaif ,Vishal ,Karishma and Nagesh. Thanks to all Toyam staff for warm welcome and Anniversary cake. 😊😊😊

Best experience. Food taste and quality was very good. Good service by Kaif. Rooms and ambiance was mind blowing. We had massage which was altogether a mind blowing experience. Property is located in a very calm and silent location between the mountains and next to the lake.
