Poor hygiene, food is tasteless. Fungus and dead frogs in swimming pool. They don't have geyser for hot water. Food is very third class. Reception guy is very rude and didn't answer questions. Please don't visit this restaurant and waste your money where it doesn't worth it.

This resort has good ambience. Beautiful management always at your service just to serve you better. It’s hardly few minutes walking distance to the beach. You can use swimming pool here from 7am to 7pm..I think they allow pool time a little longer on weekends. This is the perfect location for a property at a good price worth trying it. It is good for a comfortable family stay. Will visit them again.

On arrival found this resort clean and surrounded with lots of trees. They have a helpful staff. The check-in process was painless. Because of the highway access being restricted due to some on-going work, we took the fairy and it was instead more convenient to reach this place. We appreciate how the owner asked the staff to take us first to our rooms and made us comfortable and then asked to come later for payment. The rooms are not huge, but more than acceptable for a resort, more importantly the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. Free Wi-Fi access being a bonus. The meals served were very good and this was a good package for the charges we paid.

My family was here for 3 days stay. Great resort!! Staff is very good and professional. We loved their fish items. I stayed with my family and we loved everything here plus got to see the historic Vasai fort which is close from this place. The owner arranged auto for us who took us to some good places like Vasai Fort, Rangaon Beach and other nearby attractions. However, you need to inform in advance at reception if you wish to go for sightseeing arranged by them. Comfortable clean rooms, delicious food, hotel staff is very helpful. Overall this resort is an excellent option for staying in Vasai.This resort ensures your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Very well maintained rooms and situated in great location near to Rangaon beach. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Only one thing that needs improvement is include continental Breakfast buffet spread instead of only veg breakfast. We enjoyed the lunch buffet and butter chicken was amazingly tasty. They do provide fish on separate menu but its limited to certain variety only. Fortunately, main fish market is at 10 min walk proximity from this resort. We got clamps and even squid at this market. Thank you to chef who prepared the fish dishes exactly as per the spicy taste we wanted it. Their service was quick and owner is also very cooperative and made sure we enjoyed our food and received good service at this resort. Thumps Up for the West Palm Beach Resort team! Will visit again.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. It was a pleasant experience. Room service and laundry was too good and most of the meals were awesome in taste. Loved it! Pool area was clean and well maintained. The pool water doesn't stink as they put on the water purifier every night. Totally the experience was fantastic I would recommend this resort for everyone.

Good experience, friendly staff, good service, dinner breakfast lunch was all tasty and freshly served. Everything was worth the value for money they charge. Room were tidy. Washroom are clean and moreover the staff cleaned them with a smile for us every time we put a request. Their staff was kind and helped us with specific request for the elders such as serving them food inside the room since it was raining. The owner is friendly and personally attended our elders to make sure their stay is comfortable. It’s a family friendly resort.

Rangaon Beach is at walking distance from this resort. A good hotel for stay. Near to beach and good customer service. A good choice specially looking at the price. They have all meals included package with economical price for room. Food quality and taste was also good. This resort is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Room was spacious and had clean and fresh washroom. Rooms balcony had awesome view and the location is just super. We had a nice experience.

The resort is situated near to Rangaon Beach. We checked their Instagram account to have a glimpse of the venue and instantly liked it. This area is pristine! The pool timings are however only until 8 pm on a Saturday. It would be nice if they keep the pool open 24*7 on a Saturday, however the rain dance was on until 10pm.The staffs are friendly The package price for group is reasonable. The food menu prices are good. I would repeat west palm beach resort again especially because the tandoori items on Ala Carte are top notch in taste. Highly recommended
