Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast, Nice restaurant. Simply the best within the vicinity.

The breakfast spread is very limited. Looking at the tariff, need increase the menu drastically. In the room, only 2 hangers were provided, the lenin like towels are not so hygiene. The tariff should be competitive for the corporate booking

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! The room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to every need. The amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were top-notch. The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I'll definitely be returning for another stay.

Good hotel, strategically located in the heart of Vasco. Rooms are good, and room service was good as well. Due to the weather in goa, the lifts and common areas had a strong damp smell. Restaurant at the hotel is decent, more options for Non-Veg with basic options for veg. Breakfast buffet in decent, nothing very fancy. Staff is courteous and polite. Parking is limited, no valet (for self driven cars)

Best experience ever.The check-in was smooth and was done in 5 minutes.The staff were extremely attentive especially the reception staff even arranged our vehicle for our commute within minutes.The breakfast buffet was top-notch,would highly recommend 10/10.

The property & location is very good well maintained room was neat & clean. The breakfast is very good restaurant staff is very attentive & polite specially Rivaldo, Anis, Sarvesh manager mr Ram was all time present in restaurant to help guest.

The property and location are very good. We got a nice view and a bathtub room, which was the cherry on the cake. The breakfast is very good, especially for vegetarians. Must visit property... in Vasco Japanese Garden is a must-visit place near it.

A big no to this unhygienic hotel poor food quality horrible rooms .untrained staff .uffffff just avoid this hotel certainly not recommend to family it’s more for bachelors .vet non veg it’s a bad food . They charge you pretty well but forgot to give you the service ,entire hotel is who shabby

The HQ is a modest hotel. We stayed here for a night. It has all the comforts needed for a good stay. However what is worth mentioning and is outstanding is the customer service. Parshuram is an exceptional professional and took care of every small detail he noticed we may need help with. This level of customer service is top notch. Sometimes many five star rated also lack this level of hospitality. Wishing Parshuram all the very best. Team HQ - he is a super asset that you have.

The *********** ratings and comments are not to be believed. Shower had mildewed ceiling and grout. A single bar of soap and small thin bath towel were the amenities. Bed was creaky and not comfortable. Thank goodness the air con worked.

Located in city centre near to bus stand and railway station. Websites have overrated the hotel. Is decent and is value for money. Biggest problem is lack of parking for cars. Have to park outside on the road. Has free wifi, inroom coffee maker and kettle. Breakfast has various selections but most of them were not upto the taste needed. There is a theatre in front of the hotel and a Pizza hut. Some good restaurants are nearby. Staff however are very co-operative and try to help out as much as possible.

Food quality at the restaurant is the worst, you have to search for the remaining food or leftover, they are not interested in serving their guests . Strongly recommend to eat out in case you decide to stay in this hotel.

Very bad hotel, even a 2 star hotel is better than this hotel., pathetic service. Swimming pool is dirty Water leaking from the AC in the corridor Not all itinerary are available. Have to call again and again for sevices. It's the worst hotel I have visited in my lifetime.
