We had the most wonderful 5-night stay at Perantzada Hotel 1811 in Vathi (in August), and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be more perfect – right in the heart of Vathy with breathtaking views over the bay from our balcony & by the fabulous pool. We stayed in a modern superior art room that was stylish, comfortable, and full of character, which matched the hotel’s classy yet quirky ambience beautifully. Breakfast every morning was a treat – fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Katerina and Antonio were simply amazing – so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They give the hotel its heart and make you feel like more than just a guest. We couldn’t recommend Perantzada Hotel 1811 more highly. If we ever return to Vathy, this will be the only place we’d want to stay. 🌟

Katerina and Antonis are superhelpful as well as Dimitris and Patagiotis, the hotel is in the best location looking at Vathy port and you can really enjoy your stay there. Attention to every detail and excelllent services. The best place to stay

Where do I start !! 1. Hotel is in a prefect location, we walked into the centre every evening within 5 minutes which pays dividends as we both had eaten far too much 2. The staff were amazing, Antonio is never too busy to help you with anything in the hotel and makes excellent cocktails which my wife thoroughly enjoyed. Katerina is like having your very own island guide. You only have to ask and she can provide information or even book directly for excursions. Also I think a special note should be mentioned to the cleaners as they work tirelessly silently in the background but are always keeping our room clean and tidy and stocked up. 3. If you’re looking for a hotel in the heart of Vathy with excellent amenities and friendly helpful staff which also has the best infinity pool on the island then look no further highly recommend already trying to book next year.

I was led to believe I would have a sea view room. Instead, I got a cold dark tiny room. Staff and faculty a 5. The red passion room looks at a wall. Didn’t sleep a wink. Unseasonably cold. Room an icebox. Very accommodating but will they move me to a better room? I’m solo. So couples get the best!

This place is an absolute paradise,my room was in the newest perantzada's building with a stunning view,I completely fell in love with this magical art hotel and to mention the hospitality the staff provided me was truly amazing,their flavourful breakfast which has a lot of options both for vegetarians and vegans as well.Overall I recommend this well-preserved and amazing hotel to everybody

It’s located in a wonderful spot. Watching Vathyi from the infinity pool while sipping your drink is a real delight. We were so lucky to find a room last minute. A perfect choice for couples. The rooms are clean and the view is amazing. Every corner features artwork that lifts your spirits. It’s a great boutique hotel for designers and art lovers. You can truly feel the Greek island vibe in the architecture. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite satisfying. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

When someone asks who the nicest people on the planet are, tell them they live in Ithaca. And the nicest of these run and work in this hotel. Myself, wife and 12 year-old daughter spent three nights and four days here. Very thoughtful staff who were very attentive in a non-intrusive way. Breakfast was limited on choice but what was there was very fresh and very tasty. At no time did we feel anything but full. Our room was very clean and well serviced with high standards of furniture and fittings befitting a hotel of this standard. All in a great boutique hotel with incredible service. We will definitely go back!!!!

This hotel was as close to perfect as you can get. Antonio and Katerina were lovely, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable, room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely. The pool was quite small, and cold, but that was due to being so early in the season, it didn’t stop us swimming. The one and only downfall was lack of handrails on the many concrete steps but Antonio told us that is being addressed. We would return there in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet break on a beautiful island.

Beautiful hotel with arty decorations. The biggest asset were Andonis and Katherina who are so warm and welcoming, making everything possible to look after you. We stayed in a spacious suite and encountered very unpleasant problem. The hot water was orange in colour and that did not change throughout our stay despite the efforts of Andonis and local plumbers. We were offered to take shower next door which was rather inconvenient and also replacing our large bathroom with jaccuzzi with tiny shower was not what we expected. We asked whether the rate perhaps can be reduced, but the management in Athens was adamant they will not nor the owner Mr Tsimaras. Problems can occur everywhere but how we deal with it, makes the difference.
