We stayed one night. The personnel was friendly and room (we got free upgrade) was clean. It was a good stay.

店主雅尼斯很和善，給了我一樓的一個大房間，門外有院子，特別喜歡院子裏的松樹，中秋節臨近，晚上坐在院子裏看松樹間的月亮。晚上睡得也很好。酒店附近有公交車站，車站裡的時刻表很準，根據時刻表安排出行，不用在等車上花費時間。步行一百米就是海灘，可以看到完美的落日。步行七八百米有一家中餐館，味道和服務都不錯。步行一公里左右有一個大超市，可以買水果、食品等，很便宜。住在這裏的感覺就是舒服、自在！Perfect palce and wonderful memory. Thank you Yanis for all your kindness！

Big thank you to Yannis and his family, so friendly and helpful as were all the staff the housekeepers were friendly and always checked if you needed anything. The hotel is clean and tidy, there is no pool but the beach is a few minutes walk literally where I was always able to get a lounger. Walk a bit further down the beach and there are beds you can rent on the beach, paddle boards and bars and restaurants all around. Plenty of places to visit Gramvousa/Balos is beautiful and Voi Palm Beach is also a nice day out, had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to return, thanks again Yannis and family.

It was an amazing getaway for end summer. Yannis and his family are perfect hosts. Accomodation is all you need, clean rooms and good Greek breakfast. Sandy beach is 2 min away and you can see sunrise and sunsetfrom same spot. Opposite țo bus station for Heraklion and all other interesting locations on seaside, easy access for any trip &cruise.

Yiannis and his small team here can’t do enough to make you welcome and comfortable Very lovely people. Rooms are spotless beds are comfortable. Breakfast excellent Location is 5 mins walk from the Beach and if you want You can take sunbed and umbrellas and inflatables from the hotel with you at no cost. Local supermarket 3 mins walk and plenty of restaurants just ten mins walk from the hotel Bigger supermarket and tourist shops also ten mins walk away.Bus stops a stones throw away going in both directions Best of all a fabulous Cretan welcome from Yiannis

The whole experience was amazing. The room was clean with a big comfortable bed, a small bathroom and a kitchenette area. It is located very near a wonderful bay with clear water and no waves, perfect for families with children. For people who enjoy playing in the waves, right next to this bay there is a public beach open to the sea. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly, ready to help you with whatever you need and advise you on the best things you can do and see here, apart from lying in the sun and swimming. There is also a patio in front of the hotel, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Beach things (umbrellas, rugs, water matresses etc.) are provided by the hosts. The internet connection is very good and the distance from the airport is approximately 9 kilometers. There is a big supermarket and several taverns a few minutes away from the hotel. Overall, it was a very relaxing holiday I spent here.

We had a wonderful time at Anna Apartments. It is very well located, close to a great sandy beach with warm water. Also, the bus station is just across the street so you can easily have access Heraklion or to other places (and bus stations are not that common in the area). The apartment that we had for 7 days was clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. I liked the balcony, the kitchenette, also the hairdryer was super handy for a girl with medium-long hair. The bed and pillows were nice and soft. The mirror in the bedroom is very useful for when you are getting ready to go out. Now for the best part, the owner Yannis is the best host we've met so far. He is really kind and caring with all the guests, paying attention to their needs and making sure that they are having a good time, giving the best recommendations. He is also very funny and chatty. It was really pleasant for us to hang out with him and talk about literally anything. We are so greateful for the whole experience! Thank you, Yannis!

Cozy, clean, spacious apartment for our family of 4. Host/owner super friendly and helpful , with tips for locations to visit, where to eat, car renting, organised trips, etc. Great location : next to bus stop, close to Heraklion airport (max 15 minutes with bus) and close to 3-4 beaches.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, deliscous dishes with Cretan cusine Nice Music and very cozy atmosphere in boho style. We enjoyed our dinner next to the pool area with our friends. The wine was excellent too.
