I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. As a Diamond member, I expected a certain level of service that unfortunately was not met. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and seemed more focused on upselling rather than providing quality customer service. I was charged for an upgrade that should have been complimentary as part of my membership benefits. Additionally, the elevator was dirty when we checked in, and one of the room cabinets had broken glass. When I called the front desk in the evening, the staff member refused to provide a vacuum or offer assistance to clean up the broken glass. It was only after insisting strongly that she finally agreed to send housekeeping to address the issue. Her excuse was that the housekeeping storage was locked, which was unacceptable. Later that night, when the air conditioning decided to take a vacation of its own, I called the front desk hoping for a simple fan to get through the night. I was told, once again, that the magical, all-powerful housekeeping storage was locked tight, and I would just have to wait until morning for relief. But hey, no worries—they generously offered a 15% discount. Because, of course, a small discount is just as good as a functioning AC when you're trying to sleep in a sweltering room, right? To add to the list of issues, we saw multiple bugs coming from the bathroom drain. When we reported this to the staff, our concerns were casually dismissed, making us feel like mere complainers rather than valued guests. Ignoring a pest control issue is not just unprofessional; it's a serious health concern. Pictures of the bugs are attached below for your reference. Throughout our stay, no one offered an apology for the inconveniences we faced. The customer service was terrible, and it seems that the housekeeping storage is equipped with necessary items but is only accessible during business hours. I understand that housekeeping might not be available after hours, but the issues we experienced were basic operational needs. The staff clearly needs more training in dealing with customers, as there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and friendliness, except for an older lady we met in the elevator who I believe was a manager. Advice to Management: It's high time for a reality check. Start by training your staff to prioritize customer service over upselling. Ensure that essential items are accessible at all times, not just during business hours. Implement a system where urgent guest needs can be addressed promptly, regardless of the time. Address pest control issues immediately to maintain a clean and safe environment for your guests. And perhaps most importantly, teach your team the art of a sincere apology. It goes a long way in making guests feel valued and respected. A little empathy and professionalism could transform a negative experience into a positive one. I would like to personally thank hospitality and food service! Specifically, thank you to Sandeep and Kim!!! They were so nice and made our experience so wonderful! There was a complimentary social dinner. I really enjoyed their cookies. They ran out and Sandeep personally went to the back to aquire more of the cookies that I liked. I thought that was so kind of her! Thank you, again!

The staff at the front desk were great. I stayed there last night and after we were in our room a man with a name tag of Pedro just walked in, wasn't let in, just used his key card to come on in. It felt very unsafe. I was there with my children. Immediately bolted the door after asking him not to do that. The window was so disgusting it had a layer of filth on it, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. There were red spots above the shelf in the shower and long hairs on the Dove conditioner bottles. No mirror above the sink in the bathroom....like what?? No Garbage pail in the bathroom either. Breakfast was good. Rooms not at all. And for $358 for a night it's absolutely absurd. Would not recommend. Also, I did use the fitness center. The equipment was surprisingly good, but also a room that's never been cleaned. The mound of filth that's accumulated under the free weight stand was like nothing I've seen before. And if you're doing core it's clearly visible.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Beds are huge and really comfortable too. Brilliant staff in the resteraunt. Really friendly and always on hand to help and fill out. Blessie and Varneet were awesome. This is the second time we have stayed here when visiting family in Toronto and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else

The Staybridge Suites Toronto Vaughan is a wonderful place to stay in the Vaughan area. It is well located and easily accessible. The suite was just the right size for us and afforded excellent privacy. The friendly staff made our extended stay memorable as did the overall hotel ambiance. Many thanks to Ishmeet at the front-desk for his welcome and all-round efficiency. Blessie, Varneet and Kim ensured that breakfast gave us a great start to the day (thanks for the special samosas!), Sandeep and Crisha for the wonderful Social Evenings to help us wind down. Finally, Bebe and her housekeeping team ensured that our suite was a home away from home. There are some improvements possible. The breakfast menu, though excellent, could do with variety. At any given time two of the (free to use) washing machines were inoperable resulting in backlogs, especially during busy days. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we have no hesitation in recommending the Staybridge Suites at Vaughan.

The social evening was so nice! . The hostesses, Sandeep and Crisha were friendly snd helpful! it was nice not to have to go out to a restaurant. We enjoyed a nice quiet meal in the dining area. Our room was bright and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

I have been a loyal guest at the Staybridge for many years now, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. Everything about this hotel is top-notch, offering an upscale experience that never fails to satisfy. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The ambiance of the hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and coziness, making it feel like a home away from home. Special mention goes to the kitchen staff, particularly Aurora, Kim, and Varneet. These incredible women go above and beyond to ensure that each meal is a delightful experience. Their culinary skills are exceptional, and their warm, friendly service adds a personal touch that makes every guest feel special. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food is always superb, and the variety on offer caters to every palate. Staybridge Mansion has truly set a high bar for hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive housekeeping staff, every aspect of the stay is meticulously managed. It's evident that the team here takes immense pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. I look forward to my future stays at Staybridge Mansion, knowing that each visit will be just as wonderful as the last. I can’t say enough about this hotel …. I travel to Toronto for 6 months off and on for work the last 5 years and will not stay anywhere else . The rooms are ultra clean and very comfortable… the beds and linens are to die for ..,,,,the breakfast they have is superior and dinners Monday thru Wednesday are a very nice variety. Now to get on about the staff that work here . Princess the front desk supervisor has always been so accommodating around my busy last minute schedules and goes above and beyond for customer service for guest services. Our company gives me the option to stay where I want. I choose to stay here because customer service goes a long way today . The whole staff reflect on this hotel 5 star rating because the staff are definitely 5 star staff.
