Four Seasons Resort Nevis

I want to start by acknowledging the wonderful staff at the resort. The housekeeping team, beach and pool staff, and especially Armanda and Shakira were incredibly kind and welcoming. The person overseeing the gym was also fantastic. The island is beyond beautiful—words can’t do justice to the landscape, especially the mountain views. However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious safety issue. A fellow guest became aggressive, vandalized property, shouted at others, and even threatened me directly. Hotel security was called and responded, but the handling of the situation left me deeply unsettled. After taking a report, security failed to provide meaningful assistance in reporting the matter to the police. I had to go to the station myself, at my own cost, with no support or follow-up from the hotel. The individual remained on the property in the days that followed, walking freely around the resort. That felt completely unacceptable for a place like the Four Seasons. To make matters worse, I wasn’t given access to my own report and felt like the issue was being hidden rather than addressed. It was frustrating and disheartening—especially given the expectations one naturally has of a Four Seasons experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and reaches out to me directly. I would have expected more support and a stronger commitment to guest safety. This trip had the potential to be perfect, but what happened still weighs heavily on me.

What a wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Nevis! We went on a family trip and was so impressed by the service and the hotel. They greeted us at St Kitts and made everything so easy for us to get to the hotel. It’s a quiet resort with not much to do at night however that did not bother us one bit. The staff was so accommodating and extremely attentive. The rooms were spacious and the outside sitting area was nice as well. The only negative thing I could find is that food was very pricey. Overall I give the resort a two thumbs up.

This resort is breathtaking beautiful and has the friendliest and most responsive staff! Several of them knew our names after only a day! Overall our visit was excellent: the Four Seasons has this place running like a well-oiled machine. A few less-than-ideal aspects must be mentioned, though: 1. A primary goal of this trip for me was rest and relaxation. Such sought-after peace and quiet, however, was nearly impossible to attain. Why? Loud music was playing at every restaurant and pool beginning early in the day and into the night. The music floats out onto every area of the beach, so even a nap on the beach became impossible. I should note that the music isn't even classical, calypso, or a soft jazz as you might expect at an elegant resort, but rather thumping rap or hip hop. I found the constant music very distracting and bothersome and not in keeping with the elegant, gracious surroundings. I mentioned this point to the guest services manager, who agreed that the hotel wasn't known as a party place and said he'd mention it to a committee (so we'll see...). 2. There were 2 large corporate groups present during our stay. I was shocked that the FS hosts these type of "conventions" but apparently they do! For the most part, these groups didn't affect us negatively, except for a couple loud folks drinking and swearing in the pool. Still, I would've preferred the groups not be present at a resort with a price point such as this. Groups in general tend to bring the quality of an experience and surroundings down, not up. 3. Young Kids. Screaming and screeching. I've been there and it's totally normal, and not to be discouraged, but why not have dedicated spaces where kids can vocalize their excitement without everyone else nearby being forced to listen? How about a "kids only" pool and dedicated area on the beach? Also, a separate "adults only" beach (maybe just off the adults only pool). 4. The dearth of arranged fresh flowers throughout the hotel was a disappointment. The resort is gorgeously-landscaped, full of lush vegetation including tropical plants and flowers, yet there were few, if any, floral displays in the hotel: not in the lobby, not at the reception desk, not in the rooms. This was surprising to me. Also, only one of the 3 restaurants we dined in had candles on the table, another luxury I'd expect at a top-tier resort. It's the little details that makes a place special. Despite the above relatively minor points, this place is special!

We loved our stay at Four Seasons! Jo Ann at On the Dunes surprised us with a surprise anniversary message with our dessert! Thank you Jo Ann for making an our stay special!

10/10 trip. Obviously Nevis is beautiful but the staff was absolutely incredible. EVERYONE we came in contact with was genuinely happy to see us and take care of our every need. Roxanne and Britney are two of the sweetest girls we’ve ever met. Food was excellent. Rented golf clubs and played 18- monkeys all over the course which was cool. This Four Seasons Resort is truly special.

The staff was truly remarkable. They were genuinely happy and hard working. The food was fantastic, cleaning service was great, room service was fast, pool servers were extremely attentive and friendly. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my 8 month old was taken care of. This place was a 10/10 for our family.
