Four Seasons Resort Nevis

This place is an absolute gem. The product is a 10/10 but the staff/service speaks for itself. A few highlights — Debbie (Pool & Beach) absolute legend. She always made sure our stay was going well and used our names naturally. Killion (Director of Recreation) is an asset to the brand. His team had nothing but positive things to stay about him and he was so friendly. A true ambassador to the Four Seasons. Maureen (Server F&B) super friendly and very sweet. We will for sure be back and tell everyone back home how amazing this property is!

There are 2 traits in which FS excels. 1st - they consistently go above and beyond for guests and 2nd - the ability to anticipate needs and execute routinely. The entire stay encapsulated these 2 traits and made this one of the most memorable travels to date. The pre-trip planning was thorough. Up arrival in St Kitts airport there was a FS contact at the dock to ensure a smooth boat crossing to FS Nevis. Upon arrival at the FS pier, the staff met us, including the General Manager. Ray took us to our room, which had a fabulous 2nd floor view of the ocean. In the room was a bottle of chilled champagne and coconut pastries with fruit ready. Day after day the staff treated us like family leaving amenities like Macarons, fresh vegetables, more champagne and rum while to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. On one occasion a room attendant (Dahlia) left a substantial quantity of bougainvillea flowers on the bed (4 different colors of flowers were used). There was enough to cover the bed perimeter and the middle third to extend a "happy anniversary" note. The time, effort and energy to plan is heartfelt. A second colleague (Cindy) left two towels in the form of 2 swans whose necks formed the shape of a heart. Creative, caring and simply going above and beyond. The entire FS team made us feel like we were at "home away from home".

I want to thank the Four Seasons for helping us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic time. Also, a big shout-out to Debrica who took such good care of us on the beach. She's awesome. Our only small nit was breakfast. Too expensive for what it is, and not at the level of the rest of the hotel. But that is a minor complaint given our overall incredible experience. It is also worth venturing off the property to places like Bananas, Montpelier and Drift for dinner. Each has its own unique and beautiful setting. Easy to get a cab from the bell-person, and a chance to see other parts of Nevis. The drivers give you their card and pick you up when ready to return, and you can bill the trip to your room. Also, a walk down the bach to Sunshine is a must, though the famous Killer Bee was not as strong as advertised. Still, a must have, and Sunny is a great host. Also highly recommend the Native Son cocktail at Monpelier. From the pickup at the airport in St. Kitts to the boat-ride to the hotel to the stay at the Four Seasons and the various trips off property, our anniversary celebration was unforgettable. Also, nice to meet Billy at the Friday cocktail reception. You run a great place. Can't wait to return.

The Four Seasons in Nevis is EXACTLY what one would expect from this hotel brand! They earned and lived up to their reputation by delivering quality services, food, and accommodations. Our family visited for one day and fully regretted that we had to return to our main hotel in St. Kitts. We were warmly greeted by Sylvester and another nice lady at the dock and escorted to the reception area. The front desk manager and staff were extremely accommodating and arranged for our every need. The Father's Day brunch was OUTSTANDING!! The pool and beach cabanas were well stocked and outfitted. The ENTIRE staff pampered us - with special kudos to Brianna. On behalf of the entire Kennon and Thornton families, I wish to thank you for making our day so memorable. You also made quite an impression on our younger family members as well. I (we) will DEFINITELY return.

Unbelievably beautiful, welcoming and comfortable, the monkey ride, the beach, the hospitality, the sunsets at the pier, the pools, the food fresh and excellent, all of them made it a top notch vacation. From start to finish, I give them 5 stars.

This property is located in an amazing, beautiful secluded area of Nevis. The staff are what makes this property an out of this world experience. They are so warm and inviting. You feel like a person, not a "customer" when interacting with them. They are very helpful and will go through great lengths to ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. They are also really good about not being intrusive when you prefer not to be interrupted or disturbed. I'd highly recommend staying here. From the Cabanas on the beach to the world class cuisine to the amazing golf and tennis options. You couldn't ask for a better getaway.

The Four Seasons did not disappoint - we enjoyed all of the beautiful views of the resort. Our suite was very well appointed, with updated decor. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room temperatures were cool and pleasant. We loved spending time on our balcony and enjoying the ocean view and the view of the 18th hole of the golf course. We were upgraded to a suite (we had originally reserved 2 rooms) and it was amazing!!

The staff at The Four Seasons went above and beyond to make our girls trip nothing short of AMAZING! Can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us!

What an amazing place! We had the best family vacation. The Caribbean Sea was so clear and the perfect temperature. Loved how the rock jetty created an area for snorkeling with the kids and we saw fish & sea turtles. The West Indies style architecture was so beautiful. It really created a sense of place. I loved the monkey tour and taking hikes up into the villas that were the West Indies style. The food and service was great! We had Kisean Warner for our Guest Services Manager and WOW! He was so wonderful. I can't say enough good things about him! The guys loved the golf. My daughter and I loved the cold plunge pool at the spa. The kids loved getting mango smoothies at the breakfast buffet. At the buffet, I loved the Saltfish with the creole sauce and the Nevis foods. The mahi mahi sandwich at OTD was incredible. We also loved the fish tacos. We had room service 2 nights and the food was great. I liked the size of the resort. It was an easy walk around the resort and had the added bonus of being able to walk up into the hillside villa areas. We had two ocean view rooms with a pretty view. I think the Nevis peak rooms would also be good though since the peak is so beautiful with the cloud cover. We were in rooms overlooking the kids' pool (Building 4) and it was a great location for our family because we liked being so close to all the action - close to the pools, beach, gym, tennis, golf, Great House, etc. Special thanks to our favorites: Suriya at the beach & pool, Neshie at the bar, Joycelyn at the breakfast buffet, and Chefs Agatha and George for the cooking class!
