Hotel Panorama

An old hotel with good views. The rooms are dated, a few steps around the corridors to carry your luggage. The hotel smells of smoke and needs a renovation to continue to charge for the view only. Buffet breakfast was average and perhaps better to find on the streets. Location was good for restaurants and shopping.

A well situated hotel with a very nice breakfast and clean rooms. Beautiful view from the restaurant and from our room ! The pool and the spa zone were unfortunately closed so call them before booking to be sure. You have a lot of shops and restaurants around, the old town is very close.

This room was certaintly not Deluxe or the hotel a 4 stars hotel. The room was cold, the cold entered through the glass and balcony door, you could feel the wind blowing in the room nearby the door. You could feel it at night in bed. The heating was made through ventilation, not covering the cold which was entering through the door glass and it made a constant powerfull and disturbing sound. All day, all night. You could not turn it off because you would freeze to death. The bed was not matrimonial, it was a twin bed with 2 bad mattrisses which literally made our backs hurt. For both of us. Impossible to sleep together with my boyfriend because of the huge space left beetween the 2 beds and the 2 bad mattrisses. Also, we got very cold at night because we only got 2 light quilts, no extra blankets. This was in December while outside was starting to snow. The room was suppose to have a living area with a sofa. There was no sofa, only a small armchair. There was also suppose to have a Led TV, but instead it had a small monitor, smaller than the one I have on my work computer at work and it was placed as a joke on the right side of the bed, not in front of it, as it would be logical, since there was a huge empty wall facing our bed. Instead, the TV placed on an old desk on the righthand side of the bed, made it impossible to watch the World Football Championship. The bathroom was diffrent than the picture showed in the Booking description of the room and the bathtub was broken, it had a big crack right in the middle of the wall. It went good with the crack in the ceiling above the bathtub. The pictures from Booking were very different from the reality.
