Location and the host, Teleo, was exceptionally patient with us after we were lost on our way from Piazzale Roma. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Very functional and economical apartment. This was our 2nd stay in a month. Much easier to find this time (Ha!) Teleo was there when we arrived and gave us the keys again. The apartment was quieter this time on a Sunday night (less people walking by than our 1st visit). Quick walk to the train station and just a bit further to Piazzale Roma to catch the ATVO bus to Marco Polo airport. Everything was fine. No problems this time around and we figured out how to start the hairdryer (pull the hose towards you) Ha! We made an evening meal in the apartment this time. Would stay here again. Priced reasonably. Near plenty of restaurants and very near the ancient Jewish Ghetto (possibly actually in it). Relatively close to the Train station (Santa Lucia) and the Grand Canal. Not a huge problem · We should have told the host that we would be using both beds as the 2nd bed was not made up.
