Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre recensioner

Good connections to Venice and Treviso as well. Helpful staff and great breakfast.

Was a little far from Venezia and Venice Mestre Statjon but still reasonable enough as there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to others.

Location is ok, around 10-15 mins bus ride from Mestre Station and there is a direct bus to the main island of Venice. You can buy bus ticket at the hotel reception. There is a big supermarket (CONAD) opposite to the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Room is a bit small tho, can’t open two big luggages at the same time. Breakfast selection is ok, just usual breakfast choice but the staff is so nice.

Staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing and def worth the extra cost. Front desk arranged for a taxi for the airport which was very convenient. 2 suggestions would be a fully enclosed shower door, kind of weird that it’s only a half glass wall and sprays out during the shower. Also, we were on the 8th floor and alllll night and early morning I heard loud thumping noises and rolling noises, only to realize the weight room was above us on the 9th floor ?! I’ve never heard of a weight room being above the hotel guest rooms , not a good floor plan idea for guests to get adequate rest and relax after a long travel day. I would suggest first floor weight room like most other hotels. Also, hotel is not near many restaurants etc . Not a lot to do nearby.

My wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay,

Commute is bad after 7pm. Average hotel, nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable though.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff! I was given a large room on the first floor with a large bathroom and open standing shower. I loved that the room has a fridge, 2 bottles of water and all tea and coffee amenities aswell. The hotel has parking below which is €10 a day. The only thing is you have to walk around the back of the hotel to get to your car. This wasn't a problem for me as I only had hand luggage. The only criticism I have is the cost of the food from the restaurant. We ordered room service which was a €7 charge to bring to your room. I don't eat alot but even I was shocked at the size of the portions for the price we paid. We ordered 2 mains with nothing else added and they came as the size of a starter. This cost us €50. The food was presented nicely and tasted good but next time we will find a restaurant outside of the hotel as it wasn't sufficient enough for the price we paid for a main. I liked the hotel and will definitely be happy staying here again.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were all clear.

房間因為大酒店比較空曠，入住率可能不高吧，感到整體建築屋內不温馨，尤其辦理入住的時候，就是衝著網上説前台有中文服務或者提供中文翻譯器所以選擇這家酒店，但是辦理入住時候不但沒有中文服務，而且我們想用自己手機翻譯軟件和他們進行交流，他們好像還不太耐煩似的，反正冷冰冰的。本來提前付完全款的，辦理入住時候還叫我們付款，體驗感不好。但是還是有他們的優勢就是有健身房，大牌酒店的優勢也是不錯的，如果再次去威尼斯，不會選擇這家酒店了。
