Canal Grande recensioner

Love the place. They have very accomodating and friendly staff who go the extra mile to help their guests. Told the staff that if I will stay there again next time. Right in front of the train station (although need to walk about 10mins round the old buildings and cross a bridge to the train station). Free tour to Murano to see glass blowing at a factory. Breakfast was very good.  Checking out was smooth. And able to get a porter to help transport the luggages over the bridges to the train station was fantastic!!

The frontdesk and bellboy is very helpful with check in and toursit information. There is no lift, but luckily frontdesk manage to arrange someone to help us on the luggage move in when check in and check out. Located Just beside main riverside.

We are more than pleased with this great hotel ,all of the wonderful people who work there are amazingly gracious and kind ,always willing to go the extra mile and then more.This will be our hotel of choice from here on our .The location in reference to the rest of Venice is great ,very close to the train station ,as well as any type of food you may want .Was one of if not the Best experience I have had in Venice and have been here many times .Thank you.😀😀😀😀😀

Perfect location, it takes about 5 mins walk from the train station. Room is clean. Receptionist was a bit too over zealous to up sell us. Other than that is fine.

Lovely hotel, right on the Grande Canal and a few minutes walk from the rail or bus station. Lovely appointed rooms with quality fitments and comfort. Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of items on offer and personal service beverages

Location is very good. Room was very clean but a bit on the small side. The room view was of building directly opposite - so no view (as we were expecting a view). Only down side - which I expected from a 4* hotel was complimentary water in the room and tea/coffee facility in the room. There were none - which was a bit of a pain - as I tend to have a tea/coffee very early morning before breakfast. Overall good stay for a quick break. Breakfast buffet was good but would recommend to label food that is vegetarian make life easier. As constantly asking was a pain.

The Canal Grande hotel was great. Lovely reception at the front desk, cute little room, kind porter carried both of our large bags upstairs. Great breakfast with canal views. We got good recommendations for a local restaurant from them as well. They were so kind and helpful, and it was a lovely place to stay, convenient to train and bus stations, and not unreasonable to walk to San Marco when the weather was nice.

Had a wonderful front desk lady with very helpful. Everything fine at here n satisfy with my wife

まさかの、ムラーノ島へ無料プライベート船で行くことができ、さらにインストラクターがつきっきりでベネチアンガラス工房や併設のガラスショップ(というより美術館という表現がふさわしいくらいでしたが)の見学もさせてもらえました。プライベート船は午前中のみで30分に１本で、その回に乗った人たちに1人インストラクターがつく感じでした。運がいいことに、私たちの回は日本語がとても堪能なインストラクターで、日本語で説明を聞いたり質問したりできました。ホテルの部屋も写真通りのきらびやかな内装で、大満足でした。シャワーの湯量は(イタリアはどこでもそうでしたが)ちょっと弱めです。

整個床都是吸血蟲，慘不忍睹，還好及時發現，才沒有被咬傷，大晚上，本來就很累了，還要繼續收拾行李換酒店

Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, die Zimmer sauber und schön, das Bad geräumig und sehr gepflegt.

位置很好，離主島火車站衹需要過一座大橋和一座迷你橋，拖行李不費勁。 房間裝修很復古，乾淨整潔，面積比較小，但威尼斯主島寸土寸金可以理解。有配洗漱用品（洗髮、沐浴、護髮素、潤膚乳）和拖鞋，難能可貴，雖然是四星酒店，但這方面達到了五星標準。 酒店工作人員服務態度極好，友善熱情，非常感謝
