This is not a luxury hotel, but… the staff were supportive, the room was clean, breakfast was sufficient, the location excellent and the cost competitive. One complaint is that WiFi is only accessible in the immediate area of reception, not in the rooms, but otherwise the hotel is a good base for seeing Venice.

No elevator, no one to help with luggage, staff did not seem too interested in helping us...Will definitely not stay there if I ever come back to Venice.

Overall, our experience was actually pretty good. But as a bad point I can say that from the beginning our room was changed with another one, actually a smaller one and it was pretty cold inside. The breakfast was good, the employees were very very friendly and kind and helpful. If they will work a little bit at the heating and cleaning side, I will come back.👍🏼

I have been in 1 Star Hotels better than this “3” Hotel. We had to change rooms 3 times, and today I’m actually changing to a different hotel. AC does not work in ANY of the Rooms. All Rooms we were in had broken shower doors, broken Toilet Seats, Broken Shower Heads. The picture below will show you the dirt from the bedside table! I wish I could post a pic of my body but it has been eaten by Mosquitoes all over. If you like EXTRA EXTRA firm beds and pillows. This place is for you. The only reason this hotel has a 3 Star Rating is because of their Hotel Empire. They own 7 Hotels in Venice. Staff are rude, they make excuses! Hell I think a B&B even has an Iron you can borrow, they do not.

The shower door was broken, no shelves in the shower, very tight room.

The hotel is very cute and very Venetian. The decor is colorful and antique and it makes you feel you are part of Venetian royalty. The location is amazing and within walking distance to many activities and great restaurants. You can look out the window and see the gondolas passing by. We loved this hotel the only issue was that there was no available WIFI/internet in the room! The WiFi was only available downstairs in the lobby and restaurant. This is a bit inconvenient if you are an international traveler. Staff were respectful and some very helpful.

It was better than my expectations since Google reviews and trip.com reviews were not very good. It is true that room is too small but bathroom was okay. However, it was not that clean and the blanket was not that good. I think I will visit here again if it is way cheaper than current price.

Baños pequeños, super limpios, nada de olor, excelente ubicación. Atención muy buena y el desayuno abundante.

Muuuy viejo, sin NADA de mantenimiento. Olía a Caño TERRIBLE el baño de la Habitación! Y nos dijeron que estaban llenos y No podían cambiarnos. Sucio. En resumen: Lo ÚNICO bueno que tiene es su ubicación (esa si es magnífica!), nosotros estuvimos solo 1 noche (gracias a Dios) porque 2 habría sido insoportable.

Ubicación excelente. Con cortinas y forrada de tela la habitación, que necesitan limpieza. El aire acondicionado muy escaso. Muy buen servicio, cambian todos los días las toallas. El desayuno tipo buffet excelente. Relación calidad-ubicación-precio muy positiva.

Zum Frühstück gab jeden Morgen: - Süße Croissant - Trockene mini Brötchen - Käse - Salami - Müsli - Abgepackte Kekse - Konfitüre - Kaffee - Überzuckerte Fruchtsäfte - Wasser Die an der Rezeption waren nicht bereit zu helfen. Unsere Klimaanlage hatte nicht funktioniert. Der Herr am Abend kam zweimal hoch. Drückte paar Knöpfe, meinte warte 10 Minuten. Und sagte da gibt es nichts zu tun. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut auch wenn sie nicht lief. Und wenn Sie lief hat es nicht nichts gebracht. Heizt nicht, kühlt nicht. WLAN: Funktioniert nur am Empfang bzw. beim Buffet Keiner hat es angesprochen oder mitgeteilt welches zu benutzen ist oder uns ein Passwort genannt. Man musste selber schauen weil welches WLAN und Passwort zu verwenden ist. Zum Glück habe ich die Putzkraft (Adriana) angesprochen und gesagt, dass uns extrem kalt ist nachts und die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Adriana, hat sofort reagiert uns gleich zwei weitere Decken gegeben, umgeschaut und uns ein anderes Zimmer empfohlen und der Rezeption das Problem auf italienisch geschildert. Die haben dann erst zugestimmt. Wenn sie nicht wäre, würden wir jede Nacht frieren.
