Real hidden gem! So glad we booked this amazing hotel in a quiet street nearby the railway station! The location is very convenient. The room is ok in size and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast… ahh… super, we will miss it! Hope to come back again soon!

The room they gave me was nothing like the photos I saw on Trip.com. There are 9 pictures available for the room type I purchased and but I got a room that is completely different. I went to the front desk and asked if there are any rooms that look like those 9 pictures available but I was told they are full house and only have the bright red. If all your rooms are in bright red then I suggest to just include the bright red room in the profile for transparency. Staff was nice though but I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff help me to carry my luggage to my room, since there is no lift. It’s a very sweet service. The room is clean, staff is nice, and the location is awesome!!

The Classic Hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, which makes it very accessible. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Excellent location & superb breakfast

Very convenient location, just 3 mins walk away from the Venice St Lucia station. The hotel staff was very friendly, despite having no life, they offered to carry our luggages up into the hotel room. The quadruple room was very spacious with duplex and clean. Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend!

Very close to the station

距離火車站衹有幾分鐘的路程，不需要過橋，對於拿着行李箱的人來説地理位置十分友好。酒店人員服務很好，並且入住和退房十分順利。寄存行李也很方便。酒店有很悠久的歷史，整體空間比較大，房屋內的空間也完全足夠三個人和他們的大行李箱。酒店的休息室空間很大，沙發很舒服，當天威尼斯下雨我們幾乎就在酒店的休息區度過。早餐種類豐富，很好吃。下次還會再選擇這家。

極度推薦，我覺得這家酒店不應該衹有三星！ 所有工作人員特別是前台都非常熱情，地理位置絕佳，由於臨近火車站，這裏甚至比聖馬可廣場還要熱鬧的多。一家1879年開業的酒店，前身是修道院，裝修處處透露出歷史的氣息，符合我對歐洲歷史建築的所有幻想。 房間也非常乾淨，有清香的味道，不像上海的老酒店有一股黴味。 自助早餐種類多，熱巧克力和咖啡超級好喝。 其他酒店你可能要拖着行李走很遠，或者搭乘10歐元一次的船票前往，但是這個酒店下車後衹需要走幾分鐘即可抵達。 如果來威尼斯，請絕對不要錯過它。

Очень красивый отель в шаговой доступности от ЖД вокзала Санта Лючия. Прекрасный, очень приветливый персона, вкусные завтраки с великолепным кофе и выпечкой. Уютный номер и кровать с качественным матрацем и белоснежным бельем. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова, очень хороший отель.

3泊しましたがタオル類を全く変えてくれませんでした。 チェックアウトの際の荷物の運びも前日までに申し込んでくれと言ってやってくれませんでした。 元修道院だったので謎の階段が多くスーツケールでのホテル内の移動は辛すぎた。

駅から近く交通の便は良いが、部屋の狭さ、貧弱なアメニティ、エアコンの使い勝手の悪さ、部屋が綺麗でないなど良いところはあまりない。 水もついていないし、コーヒーも無い。 これで一泊３万円近いのは満足度低い。 朝食はまあまあ良かったが2度と選ばないし、人にも勧めない。

房間乾淨，服務人員也令人滿意。地理位置很優越，出聖盧西亞火車站轉左進小巷走100多米就到了，比起拉着行李箱在島上艱難前行的遊客，幸福感爆棚。當然，房間設施是非常簡單的，沒燒水壺，沒面巾紙。
