Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

最大3名でヴェネツィアでこの料金はとても良心的だと思います。 清掃も行き届いており、スリッパも湯沸かしポットもあり何ら困ることはありませんでした。 注意点としては、事前に宿泊者全員のパスポートをメールで送信しておくこと、フロントはなく入館と部屋の暗証番号を事前にある必要があることから、その辺りが苦手な方には難しいかもしれません。 あと、カーテンからとても強烈に芳香剤のにおいがしたのが少し閉口だったことと、3泊したため最終日は除湿機のタンクが満水になったようで室内に水が漏れ出てしまったことは少々いただけない点でした。 ただヴェネツィア内でこの料金と広さとベッド数は秀逸で、お薦めできます。

隣の部屋の音がたくさん聞こえましたがそれ以外は問題ありませんでした。

Compact but a good location, views and modern decor. Being able to hear the chatter from neighbouring guests was however uncomfortable probably for both occupants.

Overall, we had a good stay. The check in process was a bit unconventional. We had been in communication with them through whatsapp. We weren’t given any codes until we were standing outside the building. Once we were in, the room and bathroom were very clean. It was a small room but did exactly what we needed. However, we did have some issues our second night. There were people staying in the room next to us. We are pretty sure our rooms used to be connected as there was a locked door. We could hear everything they were saying or doing. It was especially frustrating when it was 5:30am and all we wanted to do was sleep. The rooms are advertised as soundproofed but they are not. Otherwise this was a great stay!

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, everything we needed for our 2-night stay in Venice. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything. I would definitely recommend.
