Hotel Florida recensioner

Hotel has no lift only stairs.No electric kettle,coffee,tea,sugar,creamer n drinking water or water dispenser.No room phone n we had to check in other hotel.

This hotel is absolutely not recommended, even if it is very cheap. The room and especially the bathroom are in a desolate condition. This is unacceptable for anyone. Breakfast has to be taken in another hotel and is pretty disgusting. There were no croissants and only toast. They also cheat you with the tourist tax. They charge €3.50 per person per night. Officially you only pay €2 for a 2 star hotel and that's also what it says on the booking confirmation.

Best location and price you can get near to Santa Lucia train station, just 2min walk from there. For checkin you need to collect keys from there another hotel which is just 1 more min straight from this hotel and is completely ok. Breakfast is provided again in the cafeteria of the other hotel and is very good comprising of tea,coffee, juices, fruits, cereals, toast, of course croissants, eggs. Had a good stay. The property might appear old but was clean and comfortable.

It’s was a good location, but the room itself is smaller than expected. I think it’s usual size in Venice though.

Nice hotel, very close to the station, good breakfast.

Very small rooms, with tiny bathroom and very Hard and old beds. There is no sound isolation from street or corridor, so we had barely any sleep

Avoid This Scam Hotel at All Costs! This place is an absolute joke. They’ll do everything they can to squeeze more money out of you while providing the worst service imaginable. The listed phone number on the hotel was like a “Ghost” I could not call, Trip.com team could not contact either. I lost my booking for 3 nights here without a refund or booking modification. Shame on this hotel!

Very bad hotel. It shouldn’t be for couple. To check in you have to do it at other hotel which is 2 mins away. Than u get keys with pin to access the property. Very old hotel, furniture. Receptionist had no customer service skill at all. Location great. I booked the hotel as surprise 40 yrs birthday party which I mentioned when I booked it. I paid around £90 for one night included taxes, however I end up with room Nbr 24 , very old room with no view , smell of canal sewage at night is bad. The room itself have no bathroom. I had to use the bathroom outside the room w the corridor , was scary and unsafe. I ll ask fir full refund and apology . Plz don’t use this hotel as its bad.

Very reasonable price, and well located, but the tourism tax requires cash payment which is a little bit troublesome

Friendly staff, old furniture in general good and confortable

- well located. surrounded by all what you need during travel - The room is just ok, in real need of renovation. - No elevator and high steps makes it difficult for some people. - funny old hairdryer which blows air .. but you know.. it’s not functional - staff don’t stay in the hostel, they’re below 100m far in another hostel or hotel… so no one answers the phone calls. I personally think it’s extremely expensive for what you get.

Location perfect, just 5min walk from railway station. However, hotel require a bit refurbish…

Great value for money, top location Not small room, clean , good bed, a little not fresh room, but it was a special charm in old furniture, best location to reach any corner of venice, good breakfast, place to laggage to be left

If you wanna low cost and great hotel, this is the place.
