Hotel ubicato vicino la stazione molto comodo!!

Il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir. Heureusement que nous sommes tombés sur des clients qui nous ont expliqué que les gérants sont à l'autre bout de la ville pour connaître le numéro de chambre. L'organisation laisse à désirer.

Appena arrivati una signora che non parla italiano ( rumeno, moldavo o albanese) ti dice due cose in croce su come fare per accedere alla porta con codice e quando ti verrà assegnata la camera....ma non da lei. Con due o tre messaggi wapp contatta qualcuno per farsi dire che camera assegnarti. Poi dopo un quarto d'ora ti dice di ripassare perchè la camera non è pronta. Abbiamo poi scoperto che si messaggiava con la signora che gestisce la locanda o la proprietaria, ancora non sappiamo, che nel frattempo sta lavorando come cameriera nel ristorante sporco e dove il cibo non è buono ( alle lance) dove la sera dovrete andare a cenare perchè li sul posto non ci sono che tre camere sporche in croce. Sali le scale che portano alle camere e noti subito la moquette del 400 usurata e sporca. Entri in camera e ti ritrovi i muri ricoperti di zanzare spiaccicate...non aprite le finestre ne entrano un milione...i muri sono sporchi i copriletti non vengono lavati dal 400, nel bagno manca il bidet e anche li muffa e zanzare sulle pareti e soffitto spiaccicate. Non esiste la TV e non c'è WIFI. La camera non è insonorizzata affatto...si sente tutto e anche rumori non gradevoli mentre si cerca di riposare. Sotto c'è un ristorante quindi entrano odori di tutti i generi. Alla reception non c'è mai nessuno a cui chiedere. La locanda dove cenare si trova a 9 minuti vicino la Stazione, Alle Lance, e diciamo che il cibo è surgelato tranne la pizza. Io ho preso gnocchi agli scampi. I gnocchi rimbalzavano per terra e gli scampi, ben 3, erano surgelati. Mia moglie anche lei gnocchi alla crema di parmigiano e sembravano palline da golf, L'ho fatto notare alla signora che è quella che gestisce la locanda e fa la cameriera al ristorante e lei molto cordialmente mi dice che infatti non me li avrebbe consigliati....io non ho paroleee.! Inoltre sotto al nostro tavolo c'erano ancora resti o del pranzo o del giorno prima, anche il ristorante ha bisogno di essere ritinteggiato e pulitoooo! Avevamo due cene già pagate purtroppo e la sera dopo abbiamo preso una pizza per non rischiare....abbiamo poi chiesto un dolce e la signora ci ha detto dopo averlo ordinato che quello sarebbe stato fuori menu a avremmo dovuto pagarlo!!! Ma siamo matti?? Abbiamo poi chiesto di lasciare 1 valigia il giorno successivo in locanda perchè avremmo visitato Murano e la signora ci concede di lasciare la valigia non in locanda ma al ristorante convenzionato. Il giorno dopo arriviamo al ristorante per lasciare la valigia e la serranda era mezza abbassata così bussiamo educatamente e arriva un personaggio vestito da pizzaiolo tutto inc.....to che ci chiede perchè bussiamo che loro sono chiusi e cosa vogliamo. Così spieghiamo la situazione e lui ci dice che la signora che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige non è la proprietaria e che li non comanda...Io gli spiego che non avrebbe dovuto dirle a me quelle cose e che altrimenti ci saremmo organizzati diversamente. Alla fine ci permette di lasciare il nostro trolley. La vacanza comunque è stata molto bella Venezia è sempre bellissima!!

Wat eij vervelend vonden was dat er geen persoon aanwezig was en ook bijna niet te bereiken. Jammer! Bed was schoon en oke. Badkamer plafond zat vol schimmel

We got there about 4pm. some other guests were leaving and let us in and explained how things worked. No one was at the desk and there was a secured door, so it they weren't leaving I'm not sure how we would have entered. They said there was someone cleaning upstairs so that is where we went. She did check us in. The A/C didn't seem to be working so I went back out to find that person and I could find no one. I decided to turn on the A/C while we were to be out for hours hoping it would cool down. We got back about 10 pm and it was still very hot. I called the number on the reservation and the woman said she couldn't be there until about 11 pm. I waited up until then and then took a cold shower to cool down. I think I heard a knock at the door around midnight but didn't' answer because I had no clothes on since it was extremely hot. The TV also did not work and it appeared they added a single bed and just moved over the double bed to accommodate i t without moving the headboard. This left little room to move around, especially with clothes and suitcases on the floor. There was nothing hanging on the walls, which in their hotel pictures on the website they did have. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered with black mold (see pics). The fan in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and did not work, thus the mold I assume. The armoire was locked so there was no place to put clothes or a suitcase. The light on the wall was just an exposed bulb. There never was a person at the front desk to address anything. I believe they people were working at their restaurant 15 minutes away. There was an included dinner at their restaurant, but we stopped by and it was totally empty and looked like a generic, low-end cafeteria down a small ally. We did not eat here because we did not want to spend a dinner in beautiful Venice eating at a place like that. I don't know how the food or service would have been. One good thing, the location was very good.

We turned up for our check-in at the time that we were supposed to turn up, but nobody was there for us. We waited and waited because we really wanted a shower before heading out for dinner, but literally nobody came, so we had to head out without even being able to use the bathroom. The room wasn't anywhere near what I saw from the pictures when I booked, but that's not my biggest issue. The day we left, I accidentally left my washbag in the room and in the wash bag there was jewellery as well, so I contacted the girl who did our check in, Cristina, to ask her if she could have kindly sent it back to me and I would have paid her for the postage and of course for the bother too. She ignored all my messages, so I had to phone her a few times and when she finally answered, she said she would have sent it "whenever she would have had time". It's lbeen 3 weeks and not only I haven't got my stuff back, but she keeps ignoring my messages. I have also tried to phone countless times the landlines but nobody ever answers. Leave your hopes at the door if you are wanting to get a hold of staff there. I have had to phone the local police officers to ask them to do something about my jewellery that Locanda Salieri are holding for no reason - absolute shocking customer service, literally the worst you could ever imagine.

Everybody was clean and the location is good. It is a small room but enough just to sleep in one or two nights if you dont plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Has a nice view over the canal. For the price good

The location may be near the train station at 650 m away but this walk is definitely difficult if you use Google maps because you will have to cross many bridges with no ramp. This will be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. This is not a hotel. It is an AirBNB style of lodging. They will email to you the passwords of the electronic door access and the wifi. The rooms are extremely basic and dated. The noisy air-con has seen better and was due for replacement at least 10 years ago. The hair dryer was also broken. There is also no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs up to level 4. However, if you are staying for 1 night, then it may be passable. I also did not like the double bed because it is 2 single beds put together and there is an uncomfortable gap in the middle. The stay also include 1 complimentary dinner at a restaurant next to the main train station.

The hotel room was average, but I would say its best for this price also the location is very nice, there is a super cheap bar near the hotel you can enjoy :) the dinner was also very nice and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly.

Awful experience. We arrived during the normal checkin time. The front door was locked, there was no one inside, and no answer when we rang the bell. Eventually a next door neighbor knew the door code, so we got in, and picked what might have been our correct room key from the board in the lobby. But where were we supposed to go for the included dinner? What was the wifi code? All mysteries, as no one appeared by the time we left the next morning. Bizarre. (And *********** said they had no responsibility over any of this, both while we were trying to sort things out and afterwards.)

Hotel very clean, centrally located but our room lacked basic facilities. No glasses, no waste paper basket, no hair drying facilities. Major problem was that we were unable to contact a member of the hotel staff. There were no contact numbers in our room and the reception desk was never manned. It didn’t spoil our holiday.

There is a buzzer on the outside of the building which I rang. Some guy eventually showed up and punched in a key code and let me and told me my room number. He did not tell me where to pick up the key or give me the WiFi code or access number to enter the building. I asked another guest for the access code and eventually found the key and WiFi code at the entrance. Otherwise the hotel worked out great for me despite this initial scare.

À l’arrivée comme la plupart des gens, nous n’avions pas reçu nos codes nous avons sonné plusieurs fois à l’interphone et pas de réponse. J’ai aussi téléphoné au numéro qu’on m’avez donné pas de réponse De nouveau Interphone et là on m’a dit d’appeler sur WhatsApp, chose que j’ai faite, on m’a procuré les codes, dit le numéro de ma chambre et là où on pouvait trouver le restaurant pour le repas du soir. Nous devons nous-mêmes prendre nos clés sur un socle à l’entrée car il n’y a aucun personnel .Arrivée dans la chambre donc certes ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais c’était propre. Par contre nous n’avions pas de papier toilette.. et l’autre problème majeur. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le chauffage, il y avait bien une clim mais qui ne faisait pas chauffage apparemment on a passé une nuit glaciale car en février il fait froid . j’avais mis un message à la personne sur WhatsApp. Je n’ai eu aucune réponse . Le lendemain, mon mari s’est aperçu que par terre, il y avait un petite boite et en fait ça c’était un soufflant qui faisait le chauffage, il devrait y avoir une notice explicative pour nous dire où se trouvent les choses. D’autre part le repas du soir et moi quand je dis repas c’est a choisir Entre entrée et plat ou plat et dessert mais là pas du tout ce n’est qu’un plat à choisir entre une pizza ou des pâtes qui coûte environ huit euros . et c’est tout. Donc hôtel pas formidable vieillot qui aurait besoin d’un bon nettoyage et d un coup de peinture mais dans notre chambre c’était propre il est bien placé .
