Residenza Favaro

Ame el hotel! Esta muy bien, en una zona tranquila y cercana a los sitios de interés, muy fácil de llegar. La atención del personal de recepción fue muy amable y cálida. En verdad lo recomiendo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The rooms of residenza Favaro are in the very heart of Venice.The check in hotel just 1 min away has very helpful staff and can keep your luggage after checkout or make a water taxi reservations for you. An older building that has been remodeled to fit 8 hotel rooms, 2 per floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator. There was cleaning service every day. Hot water was available 24/7. Our Room was super clean. 1 min walking distance from San Marco. The area was very safe to walk to your hotel at night.

The room was clean, there was always hot water for bath and the area is perfect. About the negatives, the fridge was out of order and there were a lot of mosquitos out of the window (maybe from the plants outside), so we couldn't get fresh air into the room.The "check in" was at another hotel nearby, but this was not a problem. They, also, kept our luggage until our room was ready, as we had arrived earlier. It was a value for money for us, so i recommend it.

La Residenza Favaro est un ensemble de chambres d'hôtes situées dans un immeuble géré par l'hôtel Dell'Arte situé à environ 50 mètres et où le petit-déjeuner (excellent) est pris. Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre que nous avions (on peut parler de petit appartement) était très confortable et bien équipée. Nous étions tout en haut, dans la 97, et il y avait un lit en mezzanine. A ce sujet, nous déconseillons très fortement cette chambre (tout comme la 96 à côté) aux personnes ayant des problèmes physiques ou cardiaques : l'escalier est raide et l'accès à la mezzanine l'est tout autant. Malgré le bon standing du lieu qui estime d'ailleurs près de tout, nous avons supprimé une étoile pour trois raisons : la télé du bas ne fonctionnait pas, l'interrupteur général de l'éclairage par carte non plus, et la localisation de l'immeuble est difficile à déterminer. Allez surtout directement à l'hôtel Dell'Arte où le check in se fait.

Beste Lage - super günstig - wer bei diesem Preis meckert hat keine Ahnung. Natürlich sind die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt, aber es war sauber und genug Platz. Das Bad war auch ok, aber die Lage - besser geht es nicht!!!! Wir hatten dieses Hotel kurzfristig, da wir in San Marco sein wollten und fast Alles ausgebucht war (Karneval) gefunden und waren vollkommen zufrieden.

Ottimo alloggio a 500m da piazza San Marco , il check-in di fa presso l'hotel dell'Opera un centinaio di metri di distanza. La stanza è carina, vi è un letto ed un bagno ben sistemati, stanza curata. UNICA PECCA C'È SOLO UNA PRESA IN CAMERA. Ha TV e Frigo Bar. Consiglio di portare una doppia spina e il gioco è fatto. Per il RESTO È ECCELLENTE A DUE PASSI DA TUTTO ED UN PREZZO BOMBA RARO DA TROVARE.
